muel 40kgs is fine if you do it right, much better than a bodged 50 or 60 but i bet if you really wanted to you could do more than 1 rep. form>weight you'll find you grow much quicker if you have perfect form and your workouts will take half as long because you'll be knackered after much less. keep it natural and keep the form perfect, the weight will slowly increase. don't worry about people throwing up huge weights those will come.

And really thats navigating a section in the best way possible to avoid putting your foot down and also to have fun while your doing it if that means putting in a tuck the so be it. practicing tucking is silly, learning to tuck is not.

pallets, you won't get these very easily because pallet companies will pay a fiver for each one they get back. you can buy them new from most decent saw mills but your looking at 20 quid a pop. so your choices are steal them or chat some nice joiners/builders/workshops on and ask what they do with them when they are done.

how about a nice fresh post a pic of your best sidehop thread. instead of f**king tuckage. make some rules like the sidehop has to be made and kept on the wall, and if your going to put a size on it it's got to have been measured with a tape and not multiplying the length of your cock by 45 or something stupid. I think its on holburn street just down from alpine bikes. they know their shit and should be able to help you out, their prices are competitive but still i'd expect to pay a fiver more than on overclockers. well worth going to see them for a chat they should be able to tell you whats the best one for your money/machine just make sure you get someone who knows what they're on about and not some weekend boy who thinks they know what they're on about.
