Im currently doing this because i got puncures mid rides and my only option were 20" tubes. Its nothing to do with weight saving. Thanks in advance. As when i once pumped a tube up (20") it grew to 24" A 20 would be much thinner than a 24 even though the 24 does get thinner than when it is inflated. I have been using 24" 1.75 - 2.1 tubes as I ran out of tubes and Tarty don't have any Schwalbe ones in stock and one of those ripped mid ride :/ Edit: Not really useful to anyone but It would be cool to see how long you get it to last.
