Thats the spirit Sam Currently ride 5 days a week most of the time in the dark!! Usually more in the summer season though. The summer is the best time to ride. Summer 2007 is going to be awesome, i can't wait.p.s 3-4 is probably plenty enough unless your a pro-rider, but ride more if you can!
