Nope, I find that too, something really heavy, "The Chariot" sends me off pretty quick, but chilled music does work too, Jose Gonzalez does the trick nicely! Haha, as long as there was plenty of Irn Bru I'd be there. I think it would go something like this: 1) Evening starts off with light hearted banta, people comparing bike specs and tattoos 2) Numerous references are made to homosexuality in all conversations 3) All conversations quickly end up being about sex, even if they began being about peoples granparents 4) Tomturd does his best to keep things under control, OBM couldn't make it because he was stuck at Uni 5) Anzo arrives, says something in questionable taste which is absolutely hilarious 6) Someone gets called a twat and takes offence, flaming match comences 7) In amongst the arguing there is some sort of bidding war for peoples girlfriends going in, this is most likely overseen by Poopipe and/or myself 8) After a while people get over themselves and flaming match ends 9) Spacemunkee is kicked out of the party, he can come back later but he'll probably have to leave again 10) Someone arrives late and hears about the flaming match and decides to bring it back up again 11) The late arriver is beaten repeatedly with a large stick for dragging up the past 12) People get bored and slowly leave, when they get home they will leave amusing posts in the "drunk" thread 13) In the end it's just me talking about sex to myself Haha, it'd be wicked! I've never seen a ghost but this made me think they are real: When my cousin Jack was 3 and I was 14 or something we stayed at our nans house this one time. We were staying in the spare room and there's a picture on the wall of our Grandad who passed away even before I was born, and I'm pretty certain Jack had never seen any pictures of him before. Anyway, he kept pointing at the picture and saying "Can I have a story?". So as you do we said "That's your Grandad" and he said "He can read me a story". We were like "No don't be silly, he's not here anymore, Grandad is in heaven", but jack got really stroppy and upset and was insisting that Grandad always reads him a story! I dunno how kids minds work and I know they have active imaginations, but I can't think what made him so sure that Grandad read him stories, and now we're older Jack can't remember it at all, but it was kinda nice to think that Grandad was still there keeping an eye on us, and as I lost my mother when I was young I kinda like to think she's still watching me too:) Davey PS: Shows like Most Haunted make a mockery of the notion of ghosts and spirits. I think it should be axed as it is the biggest load of rubbish I have ever seen and can't see how any intelligent person can watch it with a straight face (very few things get me annoyed but when that show comes on my blood boils)!

You're right, I won't deny that it's not the way nature intended at all, but can I ask a mildly personal question? Do you use condoms? I'm guessing that as for 99% of us the answer is yes! I don't think nature would take too kindly to those either, given their main purpose is to prevent the furthering of the species! The fact is clearly what we are all doing with our partners be it male of female has little to do with making babies and more to do with simply getting our rocks off (Poopipe in your case it was a bit of both) and when it comes to doing that we all have our perversions and frankly gay sex is mild compared to what some people on here have been up to!! Yeah gotta say you definitely said NOT the P word, I take it back on Poopipes behalf as he's not about and it's only fair that people don't start thinking you're that harsh! In this case it's the men who doth protest too much, in other words some of these gay haters probably have homo-erotic feelings which they can't rationalise, which is why they claim to hate gays. What I mean is a lot of gay bashing is actually surpressed homosexuality, a form of denial if you will. you know, guy has strange feelings towards men that he doesn't understand so he pushes these feelings deep down inside and covers them with outward displays of anti gay sentiment! Well there certainly has been a lot of anger in this thread, but have you all noticed how it's been relatively intelligent argument, as apposed to the usual "your a dick" or "shut up you twat" which frequents the forum, so on that level I'm quite pleased! A good example of how different opinions should be expressed on here! Back on topic, here's a thought for all those who have used the word "unnatural" in this thread. Are you referring to men loving men, or to the act of anal intercourse? Str8 Edge has numerous different interpretations, some people go as far as being vegan and say that is part of it. For me its not drinking or doing recreational drugs, caffeine is fine as are things like paracetamol but I don't like them much either. As for the sex, some say outside marriage but I am in no way religious and this would suggest to me some religious element which as far as I'm concearned has nowt to do with Str8 Edge. But if I'm honest sex outside relationship has occurred so I'm not great at that aspect. Its about purity of the body to whatever degree that person takes it, be it drug free, sex free, meat free or whatever. And the hardcore link is simple as it is in this music scene that it was first practiced and thrives, hence the X on the hand which at gigs would tell the barman you were too young to buy alcohol, so it was adopted as a symbol of being drug free!
