  1. Ooft, think id have a better success rate throwing a sausage up a close.
  2. Dylan gets points for his hope mini front brake.
  3. Yes Dave! Yep, agreed with Bens speed comment!
  4. So my Ashton Justice doesn't have a massive 4 bolt spacing to take 47mm rear rims. Putting using worn pads or tensile clamps to one side for now, has anyone tried using a front drilled rim (double or single wall), as a rear rim? My other option would be to find a DX32 (not tried looking yet but guessing they're hard to come by).
  5. Market place brought me back! (To sell)
  6. But, Vee's don't freeze! Bike looks great. Like how clean the front wheel and tyre set up looks.
  7. He's probably sold it and wanting a TGS bike.
  8. What's most impressive for me, is that Damon would run the heaviest of parts, DH tyres front and rear with DH tubes, motor bike chain, no carbon etc etc, yet here we are wondering who went bigger. In saying that, Damon was more "slambo" than Joacim is, so respect to him for going so big yet remaining so smooth.
  9. It was Joacim who spurred me on to start this topic. Interesting to see its a tough call.
  10. TGS riders of old, Damon etc, or are the new comp riders surpassing what side hops Damon was doing? Ive never been one for inch pinching but would be interesting to know.
  11. Entry info here https://www.entrycentral.com/event/111308
  12. I liked what he did with his feet placement on the last step of that stair climb. Also liked that on the stoppie, he popped off without doing a further endo off the end.
  13. Yea, for someone with such a recognisable style, it was tough/cringe to watch him do that Danny'esque roll. It was all dialled stuff in there but, going up stairs....came across as a filler clip. There's something about a road bike, with sus forks, and a bag for your lip stick, that makes me think, that bikes rank. Get back on the Radical Chris. That's what's cool!!
  14. All of his stuff is amazing but I particularly liked the rowdy "back end oot" skid down the stairs at 1.35.
  15. Nice one, Cheers Tony. The boy I went with broke his hand on the first day so I was without a biking buddy for searching out good trails. So played it safe on the blues mostly. Bit of a gutter but there's always next time!
  16. I don't know, I didn't ride the frame I had repaired
  17. Josh done a carbon repair on one of my frames and im looking to get another done... So just tagging onto this to see if he's still doing it?
  18. 2 weeks?! I was out for a week in summer too and could have stayed forever! Where did you kip? Chalet? Camper? We had chalet service and it was amazing waking up in the morning and having your breakfast served to you at the table. Only shit thing was the single beds/pillow/quilts What was your favourite area to ride there? I loved Plenny black!
  19. Selling off my Santa Cruz Blur (M). Listed below as frame only but would rather it go as a full build to limit hassle. Its riding great, I'm just trying to downsize my collection. https://www.pinkbike.com/buysell/2607640/
  20. What HA does it have on the back wheel? If anything, it'll just make it easier to bunny hop and manual?
  21. Took a trip to the most westernly tip of UK mainland and found some riding.
  22. Keep the forks! They suit it and wont snap at the sight of a hook. Saddle angle is going to be critical. Looking forward to seeing the finished article.
  23. Don't you for one second deny you stole that Will Smith track from my Morzine Insta story Ryans bar and stem works well for him. So weird looking though still. Was it a conscious decision to mostly film T.G.S!!! Instead of a mix of both street and "trials"? Enjoyed the edit!
