So Stu Thompson arranged a mountain bike meet up in Aberfoyle yesterday. As you can see, it was a bit of a slip and slide but couldn't have been more fun! Smiles all round.

Drove over the A66 this evening and hated every last minute of it. Rain sucks.

There was clearly a kettle plugged in there so why was he burning gas? Shame some of the lines at Shipley were disappointingly filmed. Loved this shot though.

Red wine/port and cheese from the cheesemongers. Discoloured teeth and a muffin top here we come! The decorative gas fires been on since morning. There's something morally wrong with that, I'm sure.

Good to see someone can get out of a fakie with style. Nice front wheel tyre slide action. More oomf required on gaps though, as has been mentioned. Looks like you need to throw your body more.

Diggers I agree are terrible. But I can honestly say I have actually got on quite well with the RTs. Seemed to work for Danny too before contis.

Conti would be my first choice but if you're looking to spend a little less, the dmr Moto Rt tyres are pretty good. 2.4 rear and 2.2 front should do the trick.

Yep. Just go V with a decent booster. What rim are you running? If it's a 521 you'll need spacers in the V pads to reach the rim worth out the V arms being maxed out (inwards). Unless you're running metal backing pads with a good 8-9-10mm of pad?

Means a lot, cheers Pete. Yea, I like a wee crank flip now and again. Had to make a cheeky wee edit to take out the extra hops. Ill try and get it cleaner next time. This was my first time properly using my new Go Pro. Seems easy enough to chuck the clips together on the Go Pro editing suite so if I get the weather over christmas I should be able to get another edit out in the next few weeks. Thanks man.
