KMC Kools do me pretty well - though I occasionally ('bout once every two/three months-ish) snap links. Had a KHE for a year and it never snapped. Pretty strong things
  2. If it ain't too tight, super glue allen key to head, then undo. Tight, drill it out.
  3. Pretty rad. Drop gap somewhere in the middle was f**king enormous. Loved the manualy bits up and down rocks
  4. Mine was absolutely spot on. Boumsong had it for a few years - and he ain't light, OR smooth. He snapped the axle - but this thread's mostly about engagements. It's never skipped on me, and by the time I got it, it was 5th hand. Only taken it off, as I was a willy and ran a cassette cog on it for too long, and killed the driveshell. Pro II Trials on the way as I got it 60 posted, and even an ally driveshell is 55, unposted.
  5. Jesus man - you've been corrected in no uncertain terms - so you go and spell it wrong in a different way Smashing. That really has made my day (Yes - been pretty crap so far, so something small is still good)
  6. Stealth rubber isn't just another compound. It's had crazy loads of money poured into it. It's super tacky, but wears down insanely slow. Really really lightweight, too. Like the good points of a 42a, mixed with the good points of a 70a. Trouble is, it'd be like.... 100 pound a tyre.
  7. [ghost_voice]Noooo one knooooows.[/ghost_voice]
  8. Kind of a hijack - but does anyone know the geo of the old ETs? The more specific the better Ta.
  9. Watch Joel Bennet's "Twice", then try and ride like it.
  10. His point still stands. Come riding once in a while. It's what you get bikes FOR.
  11. Is it as god damned awesome fun as it looks?
  12. If you put a grind on those rims, you'll save about a gram each.

    New Cls!

Wicked. Looks more fun-loving and less serious this time around. Would like to see a version in correct aspect ratio though Edit: Bars might look narrow due to aspect ratia? Edit 2: My bad. They look a tad narrow even for that Narrow bars ain't so bad. Put some on recently - sidehops get a fair whack easier, at the expense of gaps.
  14. So what's the deal with the BB's on these things then? Are they Deng's ISIS ones only? I might consider getting one if I can run square tapers. Looks lovely.

...'Sonly really any good when you're in an urban environment. Makes me laugh inside, a little, when a friend from out in the countryside of Buckinghamshire claims to be really into it Even towns ain't much cop. Need cities.

Jesus man.... Just get a 3/32" Kool.
  17. Shame you gotta run a load of Deng parts though :\ I'd've been interested - but the only Deng compenent I own are forks. Don't wanna have to shell out for BB, new cranks (got tapered middleburns) and would it be a rear hub too? Or is it just that only that tentioner will work on that hub? Quite like that grey Adamant everyone's hating on, but I'm with Revolver. Should be a 1020/1025 version.
  18. TT stems are the nuts
  19. Looks real nice. Would love to have a go on a bike with a wheelbase that short.
  20. That's a happy coincidence. Me'n'Josh were thinking of going on Saturday anyway. 11am you say... I'll see what can be done. (Yes - we'll be there )
  21. From what I hear, a surprising amount of people don't know how to go about downloading music. I download it - but if I really like it I'll buy it - as I usually want them to make more. Not like f**king Chris Clark. Amazing four albums, then turned really shite.
  22. Got mine off Boumsong who neglected to tell be it had a snapped axle, that he'd welded but not treated. Obviously I broke that after a bit, and got the HD axle as a replacement. Last night, I ripped the driveshell apart. Currently searching for a cheap ProII, or 16t Try-All freewheel and Revolver hub. Answer your question? Though - to be fair... When it wasn't broken, they really are a pleasure to ride. Quiet compared to pawl hubs, and really good, strong engagements.
  23. It's true I guess... http://www.trials-forum.co.uk/forum/index....p;#entry1803876 EDIT: http://www.cyclelife.com/Product.aspx?pc=1...t=16&pg=230
  24. This is what this thread should've been like. A bunch of people who suffer the problem mention it so Onza can have a crack (heh) at fixing it in the next version of the frame. It should NOT have been a big long string of people saying how shit Onza's are. Also - Onza - if you ARE reading this, make another 24... one with a seat Other frames are to 'spensive, and my Zoot's getting battered.
