for your headset, either get a real deep press one. shim it with some thin metal or. the ultimate committed bodge cut a slit up the headtube with a hacksaw then use a big jubilee clip to squeeze it back together, prob not a very good idea on an alu frame though

Theres an eastern frame with it done i think. Its obviously not gonna be quite as strong but i doubt you would loose much strength, depends how much u cut out. + do the sides of seattube too

The way you make it louder is to take all the thick grease out. Dont try and stretch the leaf springs it aint worth it and wont really make much difference
