im a bit like you ,no motovation,im fine once i am riding outside my town but i get bored with the sam stuff day in day out.at the moment i ride 2-3 times a week ,for a hour or so just to keep me busy like . what i have found that helps is to ride somewhere that doesnt get rode very often, for me thats a long line of 40 big rocks down a side of a road, they are all in a line and linda boring to ride trials on but when i try streety moves on them its a whole new game ,i suggest that you try something like that .

i too like it ,looks different to the majority of bikes that are about ,u get a big

Ok, well what is the best gear at the moment? most stock riders are singles speed ,and a fair few run either 18:15 or 18:16 ,but of coarse ther are people who differ. Who are the best riders at the moment? pure street thrashing i would say neil tunnicliffe and damon watson ,as for streety bmx type riding i would say danny mac and for comps i dont know lol. Any big events coming up? like its been said ,have a look in the members ride section and just join along with them . cheers, steve -

trials-uk have stocked heatsink parts for a little while now.lol at your postage comment ,steve is a busy guy who happens to work fulltime during the day,so heatsinkbikes is kind of his other job,he does try to get things posted asap as he's a sound bloke. steve

i prefer bikes with a longer cockpit for some reason ,im not excessively tall 5'10 or 5'11 but i just like it.my mate who rode a short pure loved his ,but i didnt ,its just down to prefference.i suggest that you try out different frames to find out what you like

if it was mine i would have a really dark grey in matt but thats just my opinion
-
both look very nice,i must agree them style tensioners aren't the best really, derailler styled types are amazing tough such as rohloff i reccomend getting one of them badboys
-
i ride the skatepark occasionally ,i dot drop in form the quarter pipes or do turndowns like but i do the occasional fakie and 180,i also like jumping the box but instead of landing down the flat side i land on the back wheel on top and then i hop of the side of it

What Do You Think About Before Trying Something!
steve@banbury-trials replied to TrialsGilly's topic in Trials Chat
