  2. speaking to tarty bikes yesturday there be about £250 and availiable late this summer im getting one when there out,they look lush . steve
  3. i was disapointed aswell me and my mate wandered around all the stalls at least 10 times ,only buying stuff on the tarty stall cus the others were pants ( apart from the mbr stall were there was a fitty in hot pants ). the trials demo was on for like half a hour at 10:15 ish ,the riding was good ,just each rider rode for only a few mins really . one of the best bits was when danny mac tried a tailwhip dropoff he later said he's landed them one footed before but not two footed .im looking forward to seeing him pull it off. another good bit was when the announcer said something like"now we hav the best street rider in the world ,neil tunnicliffe " and someone shouted "i beg to differ " all in all it was ok ,hopefully next year it'll be bigger and better. steve
  4. i've had the cranks for a month with no problems yet,and i've been running the try-all freewheel for 6months and its been fine i wouldn't recommend the chain though,i've snapped several i've found the khe collapse the best so far. steve
  5. i've been running a sarecen m.a.d bar and stem since end of 2002 only thing that remains from my original trials bike (sarecen m.a.d trials bike) steve

  7. hi,im thinking of getting some try-all punching bars in the near future ,but i want to here some reviews before i go and get some. also reviews on any other flat bars also appreciated steve
  8. i have a zoo! pitbull also and i too find manualling hard but bunnyhops aren't to bad,getting 2ft plus at the moment just keep practising and experiamenting with bar/stem/headset stacker combos till you find one that you like also a forks come in different blade lengths wich alter the geomentry,i think im right in saying a longer fork blade will put the front end higher which'll help. steve

  14. hi,time to replace my tensile cranks after snapping one of them and i need your reviews please to help me choose what to get next. the cranks have to be font freewheel ,170mm or longer and fairly strong.oww yeah ,i have no price limit so any recommendations are greatful cheers,steve

  16. just keep on practising ,i am getting 30" now and a few months ago i was getting half that also getting the run up sorted helps,i ride at a jogging pace then do a half pedal turn then kick with my good foot whilist lifting the front and jumping up,then i push my handlebars forwards. steve
  17. i reckon it sounds like a good choice of riders ,from new on the seen to the grandaddys im personally looking forward to seeing all the riders doing their thing ,especially tunnicliffe . does anyone who if there is going to be any stalls there like the 04/05 shows ?companys like tartybikes,selectbikes,heatsink etc? steve
  18. hi ,im one of the tensile snappers that posted earlyier in this thread /topic. just wondering if anyone knows if tensile offer any warrinty on their cranks?and if theres a set amount of time this warrinty coveres the cranks? any help greatful,steve

  20. my drive-side tensile snapped today too,spooky,and in exactly the same place .mine are 6months old though still gutted though steve
  21. i can 180 fairly well ,360's are proper bitchs though. to get the spin going i crouch down twisting towards my left grip (because im spinning right ) ,then i iturn my head then unscrew my body in a swift motion . hopwe this helps steve
  22. i used to run them,a couldn't fault them at all .they are really stiff and not to heavy either i would advise getting them,top cranks. steve
