are you running your RCA's, and power lead near each other? i had an issue with buzz when they were next to each other in the centre console, i moved one to the kick panel and is seemed to cure it .

remove the two heater matrix pipes and stick a hose pipe in, mine had similar problems and it turned out there was a build up of crappy mucky shity stuff restricting the flow. im talking vauxhall here but principle is basically the same.

anything will fit with a certain amount of work try using an 'older' engine with less engine management to worry about wiring up.
