aged 33 id hope to be heading for sergent, have a few tours under my belt, married living either in quarters or in the block and going home every weekend to see the 2 kids, in some sort of economical family car.

vans..... lol cant beat a nice astra van. nah i like to think iv grown up a bit now iv got a dirty passat diesel. still keep an eye on the old van market just incase something takes my fancy.

great post john pretty much the same sketch here, started riding tyketrials in 98 wow what a lifetime ago that seems managed to keep competing until 08 and slowly but surly since then it seems everything has taken over where trials used to be. cars, girls, work etc etc some of the best times iv ever had were out on the bikes having a chilled ride with some great friends. i miss that. still catch a look at trials rider locally and think, pahh i could do that years ago and probably could now. lol not so simple like it used to be though.

anyone know what size front disc i need for the dj3 forks on my dmr? im thinking i need a front brake now it rolls so fast with the tyres. also any recomendations for what to use? hope? avid? i think its got a mono mini on the rear oh and the front hub is a pro2.

dmr trailstar pretty standard spec really i use it for dirt jumping, skate parksand a lil bit of trail riding. only paid £250 for it and its stood up to 6 months of abuse so far

very common m the early stages of learning to run/tab with weight, loads of recruits get it. outof the lads i have mt that have had it the best way to recover seems to be stop running for at least 3 weeks then start slowly going on walks (no hills though) and build up to walk 10 mins run 1 min walk 10mins etc. also stretching is majorly important. im sure there will be a webpage with detailed information on how to do exactly which stretches.
