  1. Haha sigged. I still think the whole forum went harsh on him, its understandable to ban him, but not to bully him in extreme methods such as his address thing. I'm assuming this topic was brought up due to him.
  2. Sorry, I am an active hetrosexual.
  3. Would that being a joining link that snaps in place rather than the standard one with a circlip? I found no master link is the way to go, when I used the one with the clip it managed to fall off my chain (which is a nice thought to be riding around with a link that can fall out at anytime). And snap links where you have a plate with 2 holes and a plate with 2 pins on I have found to be just as bad, having snapped some myself (and I'm not exactly a beast of a rider), I don't like this idea as due to the design it is the link in the chain that gets the most stress. Just rejoin the chain and you should be fine. =D
  4. Thats my petty hate too, if you had toned the music down a bit, the sound of your hub and brakes would have easily complimented your smooth riding. =D It's a great video, I do like the use of the editing.
  5. Damn looked like a fun day, good see some serious riding going down, pictures came out really well. I'll be ready to ride next time. =D
  6. Shame he's moved twice since then. He was really that scared. =D
  7. First off is speed, you need a good amount of momentum going into the wall to get you up the wall, as with backwheeling or any other move in trials (of course, the momentum you create must be used accordingly with technique). The main aim when hooking is getting your weight over the front end of the bike when in hook position, to physically lever your bike up. The technique that I managed to grasp is to hit the wall with lots of weight over the front (on steeper walls going at an angle so you bad foot ends up close to the wall is good, again look at videos and you will see this natural angle in most cases), then once in hook position, immediately use your momentum to endo the rest of the bike up, and then from here just land it or switch it. TrashZen has some good pictures and animations for references. http://www.trashzen.com/wheel-hook-front.php Now get sorted and practice.
  8. Homer Simpson's head tattoo'd in the weirdest of all places. http://www.weirdthings.org.uk/homer-simpso...give-us-a-kiss/
  9. Do you not know the RB lever?, that was one of the main features of the lever. And what performance increase will that give you over the brake you have already?
  10. I'll see how my leg is tomorrow morning mate, if its semi healed and I can move it about and what not then I'll be there. I'll text you either way.

    Zhi News

I'd like to know more about this one. Release date, price etc.
  12. my anme is "s i d" jst lik my fav trials move wich iz the onli trials move i can do. My name is Tom I ride an Echo Lite, but I do love the feel of a good sidehop.
  13. They are really good pictures its just a shame that night crept in and made it tricker for Charlie to take photos. Its also a shame the camera can't really show how fast and smooth Tom's frenchies are. =D EDIT: and the picture down the bottom was a pidgeon/wheel swap, mega!
  14. Sure why not, we don't know the full depth of the universe, we don't even know everything there is to know about our own planet and species, we are discovering new things all the time so I could never say aliens don't exist.
  15. I'm assuming that will be in the form of a print, if so ask him if you can pay for the photo file itself (at a reduced rate).
  16. These photos were taken by Charlie Jennings, (you may remember him as Charlie est, iCharlie etc). Basically he did some photos on a couple of rocks, so for us it was getting as much fun from the rocks and Charlie experimenting and getting the best photos. I think they came out really well.
  17. I made a short video of the clips I got from St. Osyth, I should have got more as the riding going down from some of the people there was immense. The first clip is from Braintree the rest is from St. Osyth. And some fun trying to bundle in the back of Matt's van to avoid a long ride back to the train station. Trials-Forum Video -> Full View • Download • Upload Enjoy.
  18. Sort the coloured parts out, and your slaves on the wrong sides. You could have at least got the dual disc version. But yea it probably rides nice, just sort out some of the cosmetic issues.
  19. I agree with what Dan said about Deng not making Dual disc and 4 bolt in one frame. He has already done it with stock so why not mod. I am liking this new team, the fact how I already have an Echo put me off buying another one (I'd want a big change not spend £400 on a frame that is going to be identical to the one I have), but dual disc with the frame in white sounds really tasty. Or, for £75 more I could buy a lovely Hydroformed bike with both mounts on. =D
  20. Evo 2 is the mounting system for a set of Magura Hs33 slave cylinders to mount onto Vee brake mounts or Canti studs. They are terrible for trials useage, I was always adjusting mine on my old T-Vee. If you can, try and get ahold of the old Evo 1 mounting system, this was a clamp that screwed into the canti stud on one end, whilst the other pressed against the frame, this way the slave cylinders cannot move due to the frame stopping any extra movement. It is also good as the slave cylinders are independent of each other (as aposed to moving in unison with the Evo 2 mounting system, so if one moved they would both move). 4 bolts are definately better as you have 2 solid fixed points on the frame to clamp each slave to, rather than 1 fixed point on the frame and 1 point off the frame.
  21. The bleed that came with my Magura almost 2 years ago. My brake works fine so why change it?
  22. I think it would be good to have a solid record, would love to push records further and further, like sidehop over a bar, it would be amazing to see how high it could go. It would also get me practicing for it.
  23. The resemblance to the trials Boxx is funny, it looks quite good. Whats the price tag on the full build of that wilderbeast?
  24. For £400, I'd probably push my money a bit more and get a Koxx. But then again, that is still a lot of money compared to the price I payed for my current frame. Echo Team seems silly light, I can't wait to see that. Is there going to be an Echo Lite '09 or is it just a Team?
