  1. 26 will be better for off-road, the larger footprint will give you more traction and stability across uneven terrain.
  2. Dang, I wonder if he'll kill himself or someone else first.
  3. Looks great! Not sure I'd order something as light weight as that, I'd be worried my fat ass would crush it Can you order Marino's with whatever tubing you like?
  4. Tom's Czar looks awesome!
  5. A fellow Huddersfield person! Good to see. The bike looks great, there aren't enough blue bikes around.
  6. It looks great as it is if you ask me But then again I do love the brown frame
  7. Do you really need the ashton and zhi? Aren't they both pretty similar? Edit: You realise I'm only asking because I wanted to buy all 3 as well, right? I give it 3 months before you sell one of them, and when you do, I'll be there
  8. Great quality video, nice riding too, looked like a lovely day.
  9. Cheers for this, me and my housemates usually watch (read: take the piss out of) the one show whilst cooking tea, this would have been one episode I wouldn't want to miss though!
  10. I read that as you jump whilst your front wheel is -still- near the ground (pre-loaded)..
  11. Same, I remember seeomg the 26mhz bikes and thinking I'd be so happy if I had one.
  12. I'm liking the old school components (well, not so-old school now!) I'm getting back into trials soon and will be building something fairly cheap. How come you're not using the middleburns anymore?
  13. Wow, he has some serious talent!
  14. You can ride infrequently and still get enjoyment from it, you don't have to practise with a view to improving to benefit. It's not that expensive to keep a bike running if you maintain it properly, know your limits and buy second hand gear. I seriously wouldn't care about age, who cares how old you are, if you're enjoying riding then that's all that matters. Who cares if trials isn't 'unique'/special any more, if you enjoy it then that's the only reason you need to ride. I'm 21, used to ride trials from the age of 13-15, then gave up as non of my friends did it any more, if they hadn't of stopped then I would have continued. I'm hoping to get a bike when I finish Uni (few weeks) and can't wait to get riding again.
  15. I can't believe there are people who don't like the brown frame, I think it looks amazing! I'd take it over the blue or (especially) the black any day. Each to his own though
  16. I remember this My mum taped it for me and I watched it so many times I wore the tape out
  17. Cool Vid, I don't know anything about this bike tour but I bet their rig will be interesting - they're both riding together right? I imagine there'll be a good mix of ramps and trialsy stuff.
  18. Nice bike, very clean and minimalist. How much does that thing weigh? I don't know anything about those frames but the bike looks crazy light.
  19. It's mind over matter really; the longer you sit contemplating what could happen the bigger than chance is you're going to chicken out. Obviously there's a limit to what's possible and what's suicidal I always found (when I used to ride more) that if I just went ahead and did it, I'd have a huge rush, then suddenly think 'Crap that could have been nasty'
  20. Ouch! Sounds really nasty buddy, it's scary when injuries occur around the face/eyes because they're so damn fragile. It sounds like you're sorted though so let's hope for a speedy recovery!!
  21. The amount of times on videos I've seen people gapping from walls to railings about 2 metres away from pedestrians walking towards them is ridiculous. I bet if people waited until the area was clear or moved to somewhere less busy then it could only help the general view of people who ride on bikes.
