  1. I have 28" monitors at home and 22"s at work, definitely worth the extra spendage!
  2. Almost! I'm a Software Test Engineer now. Been a Web Developer for the last 7 years so it's a bit of a change. I used to build things, now I just break them. MWUHAHAHAHA.
  3. My new job is fairly awesome. Bit of a career change too, which is a bit wierd.
  4. Muel

    The Angry Thread.

Been on hold to the council tax noobs for 20 mins... RAAGGEEEEEEEEEEEE.
  5. Welll, it is basically the inbred lovechild of trials and BMX...
  6. I stick to Samsung. Never had an issue with any of their products.
  7. EDIT: Shitty double posting phone...
  8. My girlfriend has one and I've worked on a few others. I now refuse to go near them. Bloody awful brand. I'm not sold on W8 either. I have a few licenses for it but it's a bit shit.
  9. Ah yeh fair enough. I'm just waiting for you being tagged in several proud Dad posts on FB as well. Dibs on being your first born childs namesake. Muel Dilworth has a nice ring to it...
  10. Woooo go JD! EDIT: Love how there's no mention of this on Facebook yet haha.
  11. Yeh should be fine, I can't see anything wrong. External drive is nice, especially if you're planning to keep the computer on the floor. Around 120gb is about right IMO. Depends how many games and stuff you'll have installed though. I have a 60gb Steam folder that has to be stored on one of my HDDs, but regretting not getting a 240gb and storing it on there now. All depends how many games and programs you have.
  12. I'd change that PSU to a decent one (I swear by Corsair). Those GT640 GPUs are nothing special either, I'd swap that for a GTX660 or GTX660TI. I'd also avoid OCZ drives like the plague, as they have a history of dying. Samsung seem to be offering the best reliability at the moment. (Tied the Crucial, but after owning Crucial drives I'm not convinced by their firmware support). Other than that, looks good! Although to be honest I'd spend more on the case. That's the bit you look at every day, and it makes a difference having a nice one, trust me. Oh, and you don't want that internal DVD drive, they make your case look very ugly on the inside. You should get a USB one that sits on your desk just under your monitor like me.
  13. But Kylie would never be the same again...
  14. Pretty sure that was Jay Hayes and he had a Yamaha TW200? Either way I can't stand them. Silly big tyres...
  15. When it comes to 125s, not really, most are pretty reliable. I'd avoid the Suzuki Van Van though, as they look awful.
  16. Not really, There have been loads of shite Jap bikes.
  17. Nowhere, because I'm a poor person.
  18. Like mother, like son...
  19. I'd honestly rather use public transport than have to own a CG haha. I honestly hate them that much. It's a well tested hatred though, I've done at least 250 miles during my time with the instructor on 2/3 different CGs. If you're on a bus/train you can read MCN or TMX, and look at pictures of proper bikes.
  20. You're all noobs. The best way to save weight is to use titanium holes.
  21. Since when has a DT125 been unreliable haha? I thought they were always based on the RD125LC engine, which is possibly the most reliable 2 stroke 125 road bike engine ever? (Apart from maybe the MZ125 I used to have, they really are bulletproof).
  22. "Pretty uninspiring" means the only bike I've ever ridden where I've wished I was at home while riding on decent roads in July in perfect weather. Seriously you'll regret it after about 10 miles. They're the Nissan Micra of the motorcycle world. Great on paper but like f**k do you want to spend time near one. If you have £2k to spend, I'd look at one of these and keep some spare money! http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/171044645805
  23. When have you ever seen anyone doing 70mph in the outside lane? Nobody does.
