I run a V-brake booster I got from a bike shops spare parts bin. I think its from the 90's, ideal that it fits onto a widely spaced modern trials frame.

Thanks for comments. It would be nice to be smooth like Felix but I expect it's the V brakes making me seem smooth! Yeah I'm using Avid Ultimate V brake arms with XTR levers .

Probably looks a bit silly but I wear ski gloves. I have tried lots of winter specific bike ones but the ski gloves seem to be the warmest and cheapest. The ones I have are not waterproof, I got used to how thick they are but I'm not riding anything too serious.

Yeah that's the place. I got the location from Paul, he has a similar video on YouTube at the same spot. They are TNN Engineering ADV, I'm running a V brake. Thanks for the replies!

Hi Dave, it is Barton - the bad weather has revealed a lot of the rocks. Small stones will probably stop you having a run up on the ones we used to ride on.

Thanks for the kind comments. The rocks are for trials use. Hopefully they will be able to rearrange them at some point. The area has a pump track, a line of dirt jumps and some downhill bits. There used to be some north shore style platforms. Its a small area. There is a novice mountain bike trail in the forest.

Not that exciting, but I thought I would post it as I put the clips together. Hopefully I will make a better video later in the year. Thanks.

I have a Lumix G6 - the video quality seems really good to me, but for motion it looks like the image stutters? I'm not sure if I have got the settings all wrong and no idea if it will happen on the GH4. I can find a clip from the camera if you want to see. But other than that it seems very good, light and not too big.

Just another idea, put all this into a video? Pictures, words, short riding clips etc... How you were inspired by Martyn. I guess it would be difficult to edit, but maybe possible depending on how many contribute? Hmm thinking again probably not a good idea.
