Metallica - Garage Inc Great wee album. All the songs are covers so you get a good bit of variety and there are a few classics on there. Iron Maiden - Best Of The Beast Good starting point. You get all the greatest tracks in one case. Roadrunner United - The All Star Sessions There are a few screamy tracks on here but it's worth a listen to. The idea behind the album is just too good to miss. The record label Roadrunner got some of their greatest bands together, mixed up the members and then sent them off to write and record some tracks.

If I had the money I would be purchasing myself a 360. If I was after a console and on a budget I would be heading to my local Argos to get an XBox with 4 games for £50.

Weight training should alwys be performed slow and controlled. Most people don't realise that lowering the weight is the most important bit, not the lifting. I see so many people practically throwing the weight up and then just dropping it to the lower poistion again. You need to lift the weight and then lower it slowly. Resist the weight on the way down, this is what tears the muscle.

Some of his stuff is brilliant. The first time I heard him was on The Osbournes, he done the intro music for it (A cover of Ozzys crazy train). Then heard him again in the Dawn Of The Dead remake doing a cover of Sicness.

Kona Muni Mula - Head tube fell off after 10 months Mission Trials Pro - Cracked at front gusset Mission Trials Pro - got this one as a replacement but moved to London a few months later and left it at home. Identiti Judge - Rode this for about a month before getting rid as I didn't like the feel of it. Pashley 26Mhz - Swapped the judge for this. Awesome bike but unfortunately the brake mounts fell off. Echo ES2 - Only lasted about 6 months. Cracked at the chainstay/dropout weld. Echo ES2 - Replacement frame lasted around a year, can't remember where it failed. Planet X Zebdi - Didn't like it, sold it after a couple of months. Koxx Levelboss 1065 - Great wee frame, kept it for about a year before deciding I needed a change. Zoo Pitbull - Another nice wee frame. Kept it for close to a year before selling it on. GU Typhoon (26") - Rode it for a few months then sold it on. Couldn't adjust to the High BB. Ashton Justice - Another frame that I only kept for a short time. Have grown too fond of longer frames. Zona Zenith - Current frame and currently liking it a lot. I got the Kona in the summer of 99 and have been riding on and off ever since then. Hard to believe that I have been riding this long. I still suck

I take it all the top brands have good mapping on the mainland. I know that over here, we have a lot of B roads and Garmins are the only units worth buying as they have the most detailed maps.

I'm in the same boat as My Maher and Prawny Baby. I recently changed from an Ashton to a Zenith and I personally prefer the Zenith.

I think it's purposely vague. It tricks you into thinking that the conveyor can hold the plane still when in reality a conveyor could never hold a plane still no matter how fast it was going because a plane does not transfer it's energy through the ground in the same way that a car does.

You just need to think about how a plane propels itself. The engines suck air in the front and force it out the back pushing against the air behind it. The wheels simply reduce friction on the ground.
