Yea that vid's from 5 months ago & I've only been playing a year, but I have plenty of bad habits, I prefer picking up to down, plus it's a really sensitive trem so I have to stay away from it. Definitely take the pills & just eat & drink healthy too, I've always been so unhealthy til now & it does make a difference. Zinc & vitmamin tablets can't hurt either.

I've been off riding injured since sep 2008, though nothing broken it was fleshwounds getting infected & not healing + 3rd world medical treatment, seeing a proper doctor on monday & hoping it'll all be done. Being flesh wounds it'll obviously all go and just leave scars unlike arthiritis & stuff like that but I've never thought about quitting, after 17 months my new bike's sitting here & i'm dying to ride. Plenty of people have been told they'll never _____ again etc but you'd be surprised how many people overcome it & win, doctors gotta cover themselves & be on the safe side.
