  1. This is for BMX videos not gay ass trials riders
  2. But 536g? I'm far from a weight weenie but when I can get 370g MG-1s for £16 I'm hard pushed to get V12's for 2-3 times the amount that are a good bit heavier.
  3. Was just on my way to ask about these... Saints are probably overkill and a bit heavy, electrons look interesting (as do those hooky MG-1s!). But cost nearly as much as the 456 frame... no thanks! Reckon £40 would be the limit.
  4. So having changed to the 456 Evo2 I reckon it'd suit flat pedals rather than the SPD's I've been running for a while. In the past I've gone straight down the Wellgo MG-1 from eBay route for ~£21 odd but just wondering what people's thoughts are on alternatives. Found the FG-1's online which are the skinny style version and have looked at the Superstar site but am open to suggestions.
  5. Good call. Very good watch.
  6. Padded shorts are designed to do a job and protect certain areas. Wearing boxers or whatever adds seams and pressure points which means the padded shorts can't do their thing properly.
  7. Frame arrived this afternoon and is happily built up in the garage
  8. On the back of this I just accidentally a 456 Evo to put all my Meta parts onto... damn you temptation, damn you.
  9. But, but, but... real bikes. Outside. Why would you go to a sweaty room to get shouted at while not going anywhere?
  10. Jack's bars look really narrow for some reason... Nice vid though- cool vibe to it
  11. And Marino get free advertising on the forum rather than paying for a banner like everyone else...
  12. My main issue with Ferrari is that they seem to be a bunch of whinging bastards that the FIA love... The history is one thing but recent history is not that great.
  13. You crazy Europeans have a weird idea of 'indoor'.
  14. I turned up a steel axle taking M10 nuts for an Echo hub to run a peg on my previous Fourplay. Didn't use it for too long but didn't have any problems with it while it was on.
  15. Had my first ride with them through the woods last night- very impressive! I had my Hope One on my helmet and the Cree on the bars and it made such a difference. Battery life is obviously slightly limited when run on full power (compared to the Hope that also uses 4 AA's) but still very impressive output.
  16. Keep an eye oot, aye? http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-glasgow-west-29342844
  17. Ordered one this morning too
  18. They're not stronger they're just no weaker for a lighter weight. If you run a 1/8" chain for the sake of it you're just carting round extra metal for no reason.
  19. What is that? Assume a Cree XML T6? With the nights drawing in I'm tempted to upgrade my current unit.
  20. Forget the bar angle, get that saddle tilted back!
