    parkour / tricking

heres a video i made a few years ago now, of a friend doing what he loves. i found it whilst looking through old stuff, was glad to find it. i realise the quality isnt so good, due to compression and simply the camera used. but none the less comments would be welcome as i would like to get back into the video making. cheers, ross.
  3. fantastic filming, really did feel like a journey. enjoyed the soundtrack went hand in hand with the riding and filming and gave it emotion. i take my hat off to Danny. . . . he's been pushing the limits of riding for years, people always say what more can be done on a bike??? Danny will show you! truely inspirational.
  4. that video did not need much riding, the way you captured the scenery was brilliant, best vid ive seen i a while!!
  5. Im a Sheetmetal Fabricator / Welder (in australia) 3rd year apprentice we produce alot of stainless steel products such as commericial/domestic benches, canopy's etc we also deal in mild steel, aliminium so theres a wide range of fabrication being done. i like the stainless steel work, its the cleanest and looks the best when done. i actually enjoy my job as i make things 5 days a week. my goal is while im still in my trade, is get all my welding tickets (MIG / TIG / STICK) and become a class 1 welder. ross.
  6. 1:22.............. actually my favourite tra vid
  7. that gap up to front wheel was the biggest ive ever seen i reckon! nuts to think he rides like that with a wrist that isnt 100%
  8. nice looking bike there, just looking at it makes me want one and get riding again.
  9. not the biggest fan of resolutions. but.... take more photos of things i do and just my life. in my opinion nothing beats photos. make the most of the weekends and get around more. grow some balls when it comes to girls. take chances and opptunities be positive and happy, i think people can be too negative about pointless stuff.
  10. i loved that video. really cheered me up, reminded me of how riding once was for myself. rowan is such easy rider to watch, just cant really explain it. please keep making videos
  11. something abit different. i loved it all, riding, filming, editing, music great stuff. what was the music used by the way?
  12. apart from Bmxer's, i havent seen anyone ride like that! so controled and effortless, i could watch it all day
  13. "Hello 2 u" this is the first ive seen of this. and i cant believe im reading it! i first met nick outside pompy station, on his giant, and we had a good days riding. from there our freindship grew. he would often come and ride my area of waterlooville and cowplain, and i would ride his area of fareham. and meeting up at hampshire comps. i havent seen him for number of years now, but i know that if i saw him it would be as if no time had past as he's such a good guy to get on with. one of a kind, and will not be forgotten. R.I.P hobbsie
  14. cheers for comments. i never got into parkour. but the guy in the vid has done it for 4years roughy now i think. and still does.

  16. top vid as always jonny!! looked like an awsome day, and loads of guys turned up some mental lines going down, some that arent even thought of by your avarege rider. i remember when it was unheard of for people to do the "pyramids drop gap" , and now people are going up the bloody thing. ross.
  17. Good old Guildhall. would do anything to be apart of that, attended previous DJ days and cant fault them. looks like it was a great day, quality photo's!! ross.
  18. the Clip of James Porter when he does a drop gap to a rail. and the rail is a fair hieght up. the bike just goes from under him and he lands on his lower back. thats scares me the most.
  19. i think the level of riding within the international riders is becoming very scary. i liked the vid, just some crazy riding.
  20. I dont have pics but........... James Porter Is Prince Harry ???
  21. on the topic of video's wanted....... does anyone happen to know where i could find the old 'TRA England' vids? or does anyone have them at hand? ross
  22. get talking to a girl whilst out other night. before she leaves puts her number in my phone. gave her text day after but no reply. would like to see her again.
  23. kinda of a similar thing for me, but i just havent been able to ride for about a year, and for most of it, it didnt really bother me, i would look on here every was often and download a vid here an there. but lately ive had a massive urge to get back into it, cuz ive emmegrated i dont know too many people or have much to do. and it seem abit crazy but ive found myself as im going places, looking at things and thinkin how i could ride it. not really the same, but as people have said, if you love it just keep on, and it needs abit of effort like goin on rides etc. but it'll come back. ross
  24. thanks for that neil. I think it will be a good choice for me! yeh i am from portsmouth but i live in australia now...... haha i do miss it, portsmouth is a pretty good place to ride. anyone else got some feedback?
