    Films!?

Just watched Flash Gordon for the first time in years. I forgot how rubbish, but at the same time how brilliant that film is.
  2. It's not common but it's definitely not unheard of. Upgrade your cranks and bottom bracket to ISIS if you can. They have bigger axles then square taper bottom brackets, so are less likely to break.
  3. New series starts Sunday for those who don't know.
  4. Does the brake still work well? Little changes can make big differences to brake characteristics in my experience. Give it some time to bed in again and see what happens. But a working brake with no noise is a win in my books.

Anyone seen Man of Steel yet? Verdicts?
  6. It happens when you drag your brake. When you put on the brake while rolling, the pads gripping on the rotating wheel causes them to flex and wear unevenly. CNC backings will help.
  7. I think they are over complicating things. I just want a console to play games on.
  8. Just bought a rhyno lite for the front and a rhyno lite XL for the back. Thanks for the help guys!
  9. Yeah might as well. It might also better to spend £9 than the find out that the ditch witch is a pile of shit and have to buy another rim after.
  10. Or would it be a safer bet to spend an extra £9 and get the normal size rhyno lite for the front?
  11. 32h I need. I have decided for £12.25, I might as well give the ditch witch rims a try up front. They can't get worse built than some of the trials rims that are on the market.
  12. On a bit of a budget, so I have to make do with what I can afford. Any one got any experience with the sun ditch witch rims?
  13. Huge bump. I have decided to get a sun rhyno lite XL for the back . For the front I have been looking at sun ditch witch rims http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=86712 Reviews online for them aren't brilliant, but up front and for £12.25, can I really go wrong?
  14. I like it. However, I think that the blue chain, front rim and tyre is a bit too much.
  15. Lucky bugger! If you ever sell, I will buy. The justice paint job in white is so nice, I was gutted when I heard that they wouldn't be put into production. What was the geo of them?
  16. Yeah, the white justice. There was a 24" proto as well but so far this is the best picture I have found of it and you can't see much.

http://www.davemanuel.com/us-national-debt-clock.php $16,766,988,432,792.62 US debt If this website is right, the US owes the China $1264.5 billion dollars.
  18. Got a bit tired of switching between 2 bikes all the time so I decided to build a good, fun, all round bike. I want to get a JAF frame made up but at the moment I can't afford one, so I got my hands on an Ashton frame as I knew it was a safe bet, by owning one before, to use as an all rounder in the mean time. The steerer tube sticking out the top looks a bit crap but I don't want to chop them as I don't want to find that I cut to much off when I get a new frame.

    Films!?

Man of steel looks like it is gunna be awesome! I really enjoyed kickass, I was hoping they would leave it as just one film. Hopefully kickass 2 will be a fun film to watch like the first one was, but i'm not going to have high expectations for it.
  20. My biggest problem with windows 8 it that the metro feels like it is nothing to do with the desktop. It's like you are running windows 7 with no start menu and then switch to a tablet or mobile phone version of windows all of a sudden. Like what mike is saying above. Even the same programs are completely different to each other in metro and desktop. It is the worst operating system I have ever used. I hate it! Did anyone else have to google how to shut down on windows 8?
  21. No. You are right, it's awful. Even with a touch screen, it is so horrible to use. I would put windows 7 on it.
  22. 90-95mm. Should be all right, just might not be able to use the whole life of my pads.
  23. I want to put some normal mtb rims on my new Ashton Justice build and I need some opinions. So far, for a rear rim, I have been looking at these http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/26_inch_rear_rims/dmr_deevee_26_inch/c25p11799.html and these http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=76081 Any opinions of those? Or does anyone have any recommendations? Budget of £30 give or take. And any recommendations for a cheap and cheerful rim for the front? Front rim doesn't need a brake surface, so can be disc only.
