  1. One of very few mods I would like to try
  2. Here´s the original topic where I found that info,it´s from 2007,so maybe they sorted that issue out would like to have one as it´s the only stem with geo like this, but it seems to be too light for welded stem this long
  3. Funny thing I noticed is that you have every bolt in titanium exept two rusty bar clamping bolts lol.Anyway, what´s the stem geo?I like them, but I think they were known for breaking/cracking. Edit:you mentioned those bolts, but you could at least get rid of that rust hm?
  4. Most of riders is used to "normal" bar angle...This is something very new lol.
  5. I would say the drop is where he realizes he got the puncture not where he actually gets it.
  6. Hm,bit more complicated than I like, but thanks anyway Ali
  7. Good you mentioned this, I´ve been thinking about this for the past few days, but one thing I´m not sure about is how did you secure the spring in position?
  8. Buy heatsinks,I guess noone but Ali managed to break one lol.I have mine for second season and I´m well over 200lbs.
  9. I saw few people using them in Saalfelden(and I don´t mean Benito and Vincent),so maybe try to email him?I´m interested too.
  10. Avid arms are not good, they develop lot of play in very short time.Shimano deore/xt arms are much better choice.Lever avid sd7 or sl. I found the rockpads to have the best hold with any type of grind, cousts are close second for the rear brake and lgms third because they stop to work if the rim isn´t in perfect condition(worn grind,dust...).And of course linear slic cable(brand doesn´t matter really) with teflon coated inner cable and all lubed nicely and you´re set.
  11. Noone else does it and those are mid range bikes...Maybe top end frames will have something special
  12. I can see one problem and that´s your chain being too long, try to take one link out and it should make it easier for the tensioner too.
  13. Yes,because the guy(s) who produce them are the same guys that were behind the atomz.
  14. It is water based, but me nor my bro have not experienced any problems from pistons swelling...
  15. I would say constant tension, stable cs lenght with no brake aligning issues is big benefit for some people.I hate chain slack personally.
  16. It is fun to ride comps when you´re good enough to win
  17. I would like to see someone hitting that chain tensioner...
  18. But he´s BIU world champion lol.Only show difference between UCI and BIU difficulty level.
  19. It should contain some form of lubricant too, just as some anticorrosive substances.
