Ok,so last attempt,try to turn front sprocket,if it´s freewheel it will move relatively easy(but hold the crank still so it won´t spin with the sprocket/freewheel).
You´re very nice guy for sure,role model for all anyways to the topic,I wouldn´t do it,especially to the alu backings.michael coustellier obviously has some know-how as noone else does it this way,so there´s a lot of room for screwing up I guess.
