1. Used to compete in some local Manchester 17, Macclesfield and the odd Sheffield and Hallamshire trials about 10-15 years ago. Had a few gas-gas', couple of ty250 mono's and my favourite of them all which should never have been sold

2. I remember someone mentioning they thought it had but when Dan posted in the thread about the big drugs bust he also said something about a big winter sale so I assume it's still him in charge. EDIT: Found it here http://www.trials-forum.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=156178&pid=2196185&st=100&#entry2196185
3. That'll explain how I found them via a google search with the results showing your site, just wouldn't load the page though that could be the shitey works server I'm using!
4. Well you've got my vote, good luck with it!
5. Do I get a cut of the £2000 prize for voting if you win?? Just kidding matey, looks like your miles ahead in the votes!
6. I think you'll find it's bad spelling not grammar, must try even harder still!
7. Think they're 395mm axle to crown and 44mm offset.
8. That is one frighteningly sexy build, especially for a 1st bike! I'd be too scared to ride it and damage it!!
9. Can't be doing with much more of this. Just had another son 3 weeks ago and the snow has made it impossible for my missus to go out anywhere and all the toddler groups are shut which means homelife is not happy at the moment. And to top it off I'm doing even less at work than normal, if thats possible. Been here since 2 and not had one single train/shunt/run round and its doing my nut in, only another 3 days of boredom till I get a few days off. And not even got any bike DIY to do while I'm here!
10. Websites looking very nice, shall look forward to burning away lots of money on there! On another subject, tartybikes t shirts need to be made small enough for 4 year olds! My wife wants one for our little lad!
11. I assume you'd fit the wheel in and stand the bike up, then as the dropouts are at an angle the frame would drop down pushing the wheel backwards and up the dropout, chain tensions up, tighten bolts and job done. I'm guessing anyway.
12. 3 ½' sidehop onto a 5" rail not that good?? I'm pretty sure its a hell of a lot more than mst can manage, myself included! Will keep an eye out for you when the champs start!!
13. I'm intrigued at what may appear after Christmas as I'll be buying a new frame.
14. It's quality competing, and I hope you both ride 26" as we need to get the stock numbers up as mods are ruling the roost in comps!
15. They still have the adjuster but it hasn't got a quick adjust dial like the 33's. You have to do it with an Allen key, at least that's what my old 11's were like!
16. What you want is a hs33, preferably with a 4 finger lever. You should probably avoid eBay as they tend to go for quite a lot on there, and don't worry about pre 05 and newer style levers, they'll all do the job fine!
17. You've just gotta try not to go too mad when tightening them up. Keep your eye on the for sale section on here for maguras for the best deals! I've bought 2 hope trial disc brakes and a magura on here for well under £100!
18. You wanna check out www.biketrialuk.co.uk. That's the site that covers literally every trials club and comp in the uk, you don't need a licence for the british champs just for the various clubs I think and all the dates will be listed on the site probably in the new year!
19. To be honest the mechanicals in v's make a big difference to the performance, you'll pick up a front disc setup on here for £30+ and a rear magura for anything from £20+ so it's definitely affordable. All depends on if your front hub is disc ready.
20. 1st thing to mention is discs front and rear on a 26" isnt very good, the front is fine but a rear doesn't tend to hold well enough. I wouldn't dismiss maguras that quickly if I were you, maybe get a decent v setup on the front and a new hs11 from tartybikes for the rear, grind the rear wheel and get some decent pads. That should be a good enough starting point for you but I think you may struggle with a few bits on that bike, maybe pick up a 2nd hand frame off here to swap everything onto when you feel a bit more confident.
21. I'm afraid I'm gonna have to cancel again! Got a sick small person here and my maggie has frozen up! Think I'm gonna switch back to oil!!
22. I had a viz rear on my modstock and found it was spot on. Would definately have another!
