  1. Here's a picture of mine, I have no idea why it's like this but it happened while it was under the car cover last year.. The two white circles were due to it getting too hot (I don't know exactly, was previous owner) but since then the entire surface of the bonnet has become grainy and rough and seems to be worsening with time.
  2. Is that UV damage @Skoze? I'll grab a picture of my bonnet tomorrow which has done a similar thing (albeit much worse). What's the texture of it like?
  3. That's cool Just doing it for fun? As I'm in this thread, Aldi now does coconut oil 300g for £2.99! Cold pressed and organic so good for hair and skin as well as cooking.
  4. Please keep us updated on this. I've wanted to do this for ages in my cupboard, my PB2 (peanut powder) is decreasing twice as fast as I'm using it but nobody wants to admit to using it!
  5. Right so I asked my dad to charge my car battery for when I came home tonight and when I got back found that the radio and interior light were being powered without the keys in the ignition. I took the fuse out and that's stopped them (and the central locking) from working, anyone got any ideas how they could be powered without the key set to aux?!
  6. Deliveroo riders are rapid in Brighton, it's like Premium Rush in real life. Do you have to cycle back to a base after each delivery?
  7. Original Zoot, second hand at least. Think this one was mine actually?
  8. Down to front onto the block was ballsy! Nice one
  9. Had an absolutely epic weekend with my mates in Cardiff, still not feeling normal again!
  10. Very good for the price! Is that the standard zoot freewheel? I found mine to be skip-tastic
  11. I think I'll probably try out my trial tech one, I've got a feeling it could be the 110x35 which would be pretty much perfect. Thanks though dude!
  12. Haha, I was wondering how long it would take for someone to notice! Clamp was a little loose and it rotated, couldn't actually run them like that whilst having human wrists
  13. I agree, the silver spacers make it look weird too. I have a 120mm Trial Tech stem which I lent to a friend, I think with that and a less stackers it would be spot on.
  14. 'sup TF. So I decided I'd finally build the bike I wanted my Inspired to be from the very beginning. Here's how it went. I bought this frame off here (way back in 2011), with good intentions. I combined it with an Onza Zoot that I picked up for ~£200. By this point my 15 year old self ran out of money, so this is pretty much how it stayed for a year. I managed to get my frame put in with a job lot of stuff at the powder coaters, which made the bike look a bit more presentable. However the red and green colour scheme, as festive as it is, was not a good look for the bike. Here's how it looked when I brought it to university with me a few weeks ago. After spending some $$$ which I will definitely pay back to the government and am spending on my education, we got to this stage. Here's a picture of it last weekend in Newhaven when I finally took it out for it's first ride. I imagine if I'd have retained any skills I had as a 16 year old I would have also included a video in this post of me throwing down some skids, but alas that was not the case and I suck. Spec is: Frame: Inspired Fourplay Fork: Inspired Element Cranks: Trial Tech Sport 175mm Handlebars: Trial Tech High Riser Wheels: Front and rear Hope Pro II's on Onza Zoot rims Lemme know what you think
  15. I've donated what I can. Good luck with the 10k, I'm sure you'll reach the target.
  16. I thought it England put in a good shift today. They weren't as polished as the All Blacks are but they played to a high standard, nothing jumped out at me that England were doing wrong. Interested to hear your thoughts!
  17. This is rubbish, I've got a OnePlus one and think it's great. I was toying with the idea of a two on the premise that it would be this but more. Not worth the extra then?
  18. Damon is someone who I would consider has a pretty dialled technique. He's in a position where the only way to get any higher is through more power. Whereas for the vast majority of people the time spend building 5kg of muscle would be far better spent on the bike trying to become more efficient in your riding. He is a beast though.
  19. Joining the thread late, but gaining muscle is a last resort in terms of going higher/farther. Unless you had your technique as dialled and efficient as it could possibly be then gaining muscle might be a way to increase it. There's definitely an ideal weight though, too much mass and you're weighing yourself down!
  20. Actually managed to do well in the January exams thanks to some scaling on behalf of the uni. Building my bike up tonight. Life is good at the moment
  21. University servers that can't handle publishing results
  22. I struggle in this department too but only on the bench press itself. I can shift more using dumbells than on the bar- down to bad form I imagine. Nice work on the PB!
