  1. Jacks arriving a day or two before I think. Meeting Nick and Guildford station though now so it's all good Cheers for the help anyway.
  2. Anyone driving from reading that could pop me in the car? Or anyone nice enough to pick me up from the station?
  3. Heya guys, wasn't sure where to put this to be honest. I've blagged a day off of work and purchased my ticket, now I'm stuck. Is there anyone in the Reading area that could take me and my bike in exchange for petrol money? Or maybe if I get the train to a nearby station could someone pick me up? Cheers, Mikey.
  4. Is anyone driving from Reading? Sure I can get the time off work by unfortunately have to way it getting there. I'll pay petrol money

    Bars.

He's a member on here, find his FS thread of pm him.
  6. This is the thiefs friend.
  7. Posting this to spite Jack Harmmer (The guy that stole a maggy from a TF member at TartyDays - Check disputes) He said he didn't want this posted to TF because he wanted sponsors to see it first. Anyway, Joshua is actually an amazing rider, especially as he's only been riding for 2years. Cheers guys.
  8. At no point did anyone mention banging the front wheel against an object.
  9. Ah my bad I think I read it wrong. Sounds like you're thinking of 2wheels to rear? You start to lift the front end slightly without touching the brake and then put the power down right?
  10. Pidgeon. Easier to do it slightly side on rather than fowards though.
  11. ITT: People in inverness listen to pure broscience as they're sheltered physically from the rest of the trials community.
  12. Off topics fine Sounds like you've got a solid rig. Ever heard of "lapping" your processor and heatsink? Should shave between 5-10c off both idle and load temps. In regards to my problem, am I right in saying all I need to do is space it with a snail cam?
  13. The onza frame is 110mm and the hub is also 110mm. Most frames are 116mm and hubs 110mm, this is because each snailcam is 3mm thick and spaces the hub out to 116mm.
  14. I'm completely skint. Just blagged £40 off my uncle so I can buy 40kg worth of Olly plates, now I'm in debt too
  15. 2500k i5, going to OC to 4.5ghz with a 212+ cooler. 4gb 1600mhz 7-8-7-20 ram Cheapish £100 mobo Keeping my old HD4890 from my current rig NZXT M59 case. I've got a 950w cheap psu atm, not sure it'll handle OC'ing that well, I'll drop a PM.
  16. Cheers, I'll wait for a couple more people giving the go ahead before I do it, I've previously heard that it stresses the frame.
  17. It's most likely the hub, got it at a bargain price of £20 too and I've just spent £420ish on computer parts so I'm skint atm.
  18. I used this hub in my old frame and it had exactly the same problem. You're saying I need to try space the frame out 3mm on the disc side? Is this safe to do?
  19. Thanks guys but I don't think you understood properly. The LEFT hand pad is constantly rubbing, adding shims would make it even worse. Edit* Mono Trials - Monty Edition.
  20. Heya guys, I've got an Echo TR 2010 hub and an Onza comp 2010 frame. I've put a spacer on the axle to push the frame out a bit but the left hand pad still rubs the disc quite a bit. This means it has to bend the disc over when braking and gives a horrible, spongy feel and my brake has absolutely no backwards hold. I also have the same problem with my old frame Zhi Z3. Is this a problem with the hub or it is simply these two frames giving me a pain in the arse? Cheers.
  21. I have Almond Magnus bmx shoes, they've got quite a decent ankle strap on them.
  22. Don't tell someone to man up when your balls haven't even dropped yet. I get most of my callouses from lifting, bikes don't even give me sore hands anymore. Just f**king moisturize and get the best of both.
  23. I have thick callouses but my skin is also soft. This isn't ye olde' days where girls like men with dry, rough hands.
  24. Aquious cream (or however you spell it) is pretty much liquid parafin. It's a moisturiser and a soap in one. Wash hands. Wash them again using this cream, dry your hands, moisturise.
