  1. I think he means the crank removal threads.
  2. I've noticed that they slip a little bit whilst waiting to bite but once they've bitten they're not letting go.
  3. You cant run a freewheel on a set of burns. From your gear ratio it's obvious you have a freehub though.
  4. I've had the zhi frame up for sale for weeks it comes with a pink V!Z headset, £85 plus postage?
  5. I've got a 7chub, jus' sayin..
  6. It'll still show up in search engines until the search engines clear their cache, as well as having being impossible to remove from the server completely. Removing this thread will do nothing.
  7. Trial doesn't have to mean cycle trials.
  8. Or... A grinder? Edit* Grinders and skunk. This doesn't look suspicious.
  9. Sadly I'm looking to go secondhand and those SL's are out of stock anyway. Basically 160mm+ and 30-35rise?
  10. Hey guys, currently got an Echo team mod stem, looking at pictures / clips of me riding It looks like it was too small for my +50 frame. My new frame is +70 and it feels really twitchy and unstable on the rear wheel, I'm not sure of the Echo team geo(if someone could help me out I'd appreciate it). Which stem would you recommend?
  11. Don't use tar with a grind. The inspired pads are super soft so the grind would have to be stupidly light, they're still amazing pads even on smooth rims.
  12. As you move the reach in the bite point gets closer, because of this you can adjust it properly whilst bleeding. Move 'the reach aalllll the way out, bleed it as normal, move it back in and it should adjust the bite.
  13. Yeah it does work. Pick up a second hand king on here for about £100 and then either buy a new hubshell or search the net or a secondhand Iso shell.
  14. Chris king bmx hub, swap the shell to an iso.
  15. Better than my old Maxis and from what I can remember more stable than a try-all I tried.

    What Pads?

Heatsink reds for vee are unbeatable.
  17. I often act surprised as if someone has stolen my seat if they mention the lack on one, had one guy in Bracknell offer to be a witness to someone stealing it whilst I wasn't looking so "I could get a new one on the house insurance"
  18. Glad I didn't go, all I've heard are stories of shit weather and people getting kicked out.
  19. Shouldve asked for compensation straight off the bat. Go back in there and ask for them to cover the cost of having it tapped. Even take them to small claims court. I know it sounds petty but I know from working in the bike shop just how truly terrible the mechanics can be (4/5 days a week I work with the manager, he's good, 1/5 days I work with the boss and refuse to let him touch a bike.)
  20. Owch dude that's gotta suck hard :/ There are threadless BB's, unfortunately I don't have any links but I know they exist.
  21. I live in Crowthorne, im most likely up for Reading / Guildford Where abouts do you live?
  22. I found the problem, the inside of the dropouts looks like it's been squashed inwards so the gap is narrower that it should be. I'll try file it down.
