  1. Scanning them at work? If the Xerox printer only prints in black and white, it only scans in black and white. Seems silly I know...better find a colour one!

    New wheels look terrible...
  3. Cheers, as this frame doesn't have a lacquer over the polished aluminium it has gotten a little dull in the past year (I've never washed the bike at all in that time!) but I've got some aluminium polish and it cleans and buffs it up nicely!
  4. I've been re-polishing the whole frame, can't find the new Inspired Skye stickers I had made since I've moved house so no pictures until I find them!
  5. I've had this bike for almost two years now. Time for a rebuild and a little touch of silver. Just picked up my freshly re-built wheels after snapping some spokes on the rear wheel, picked up a brand new rim for the rear for £40 too!
  6. When I ran those rims/tyres I had about 40-50 PSI and didn't have any real issues.
  7. Total bollocks as you say. Post the info up! Did she talk to the gym manager?
  8. Whenever I'm out on my trials bike and need a drink I just carry it into the shop. Never been told to leave it outside, but I ensure that the wheels never touch the ground cause for some reason that might annoy them.
  9. At least Dave's posts gave me the giggles! Can we bring back validation?
  10. to be honest, Halfords ones are pretty good. The logo is hardly noticeable.
  11. Any spokes poking through the rim tape?
  12. Has the rim been abused? Could be an oval causing the tyre to fall off.
  13. Might be worth posting on forums.pepipoo.com for confirmation they can be ignored.
  14. Can he not be IP blocked or something?
  15. With a hammer and chisel it seems...
  16. First step would be to contact the gym manager. See what they have to say. Could always get someone else to arrange a session, but get your GF to turn up instead and demand money back.
  17. I guess these wheels were originally built by you anyway! Just find it a little odd the torque ones don't fit, worked nicely on my 26" hardtail.
  18. So, about to re-build my wheels after snapping a spoke and a bit of total rebuild on the Skye. Just noticed when disassembling the rim that they have standard nipples rather than the torque type used on other Atomlab Pimplite rims. I have some torque nipples and they don't even seem to fit in the nipple hole. Anyone know what the deal is?
  19. If you still need to order some spokes just order them from Tarty! They have never gone wrong supplying spokes, well priced too. Just give the rim and hub details and they'll sort you out.
  20. Odds on the trailer getting nicked at some point during the tour?
  21. Although black will look great too! You should get the forks done at the same time maybe? Going to get it powdercoated or rattle can it?
  22. My old frame...I really liked the red/black combo Glad you're still riding it though!
  23. Just get Angela to hold it together for few minutes and it should be good to go I'd suspect!
  24. Take it easy matey, if there is a fracture you'll want it to heal/fuse up before riding again!
