  1. How is the feedback on the buyers account?
  2. Run, unless he is willing to get cash out of his bank account then bring it to you, you both go to your bank to deposit the money when he picks the car up. As for the PayPal fees, the sell pays for them.
  3. Did that happen to be Macdonald Cycles? Didn't have a vice when I was living in a flat in town. They had no idea...
  4. We went last year for a month. After a week she was having panic attacks caused by her family. She never has them here. I've never shouted or been angry at her since I've known her. She has done both, lots and it's too much. The whole UK/Aus thing was going to come to a head soon anyway. Her visa is up in May and despite saying that she wanted to renew it. Recently she's been more angry and depressed that usual. A couple of weeks ago she said that she wanted to fly home for a month in November. She decided not to but she got very excited about it and made me realise more than even that she wasn't really that happy here being so far away from home. The whole family thing...I only have my dad and my sister. She has always thought that they didn't like her. I don't think that is the case. My dad also has issues, especially around woman due to my mother so doesn't always say nice things when he is stressed.
  5. First time caller... She's upstairs packing her bags and heading home to Australia. For whatever stupid f**king reasons that I can't even think of I don't want to live in Australia. She wants to live there with her family and friends. She's not happy in Scotland, weather is shite, it's dark, she doesn't have many friends here and my family hasn't been good to her. I want her to be happy, I have no idea what do to.
  6. Learn to weld? Build you own jig? Obviously there is some skill to making a frame but at least you would not have to wait weeks for email response...
  7. As long as you can afford the insurance and fuel I don't see why not? You probably won't use it much during the week if you are close to your uni though. Parking might be another issue...
  8. Time to get a lock on your door? Or too passive aggressive?
  9. Why is this suddenly called "The Car Fred"?
  10. Tony, where are you living Thailand? Is it okay to say I'm jealous considering I'm still at work at 6.30pm and still have more work to do?

I can now understand why the Skye that got nicked couldn't be replaced easily! As for the video, nicely shot and edited. A bit boring though...
  12. Excellent valve/tyre placement on the rims, and wheel/pedal placement for the photos. As for the bike, looks great! Grips seems really thin though... A longer term review for the Hope's would be nice too.
  13. Move into the city and commute to your dad's every couple of days?
  14. Glad it doesn't seem to be targeted, it's not a great feeling when you know someone is out looking to hurt/steal from you.
  15. I'm guessing his bike was inside his branded van? I wouldn't be surprised if someone followed him home after a ride with the intent to steal it...
  16. Trialtech only recalled the HS33 version: http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/news/trialtech_fork_product_recall/u248.html
  17. Looks lovely, nice and clean I'm very jealous! Matt black for the wheels? Might be too tuner though...
  18. Quality isn't all about resolution. If you are using a DSLR might be worth learning about exposing correctly against bright skies. Also nice short/sock/shoe combo from Jack there... Awesome riding though, especially considering the weight of Fives!
  19. f**king cancer, been through that with my mother
  20. Finally got my car back after two and a half weeks at the garage, only cost £1,508. Could have bought and insured an MX5 for that... :'(
  21. Happy Birthday! I turned 24 this year too, despite having moved out 5 years ago I've never worried about contents insurance. One less this to worry about. ...although now I'm worried my house is currently on fire
  22. That looks good, although as ever check the arches/sills for rot, although it's only been in the country for 7 years so it's probably in good condition.
  23. I think the general thinking is get the one that is in best condition for the price you're willing to pay.
