That make no sense at all... As for rolling resistance, I doubt there is any more resistance than an Echo SL 108 for instance - but it is not noticeable either way. Edit: I see you're only talking about FFW? If you are riding a street 24" or 26" a la Inspired then Pro II's are great.

This is for street use only so needs to roll well!
