  1. I like the rotor protector thing on that mod.
  2. The car type is the simple "trials-forum.co.uk" one yeah? Put me down for one or two of those. Cheers!

But Maldonado crashed out, so his jump-start had no real effect. I don't see the need for extra punishment.

Was an interesting race indeed! Maldonado has a ten place grid drop to take in Monza for his jump-start. Romain is not allowed to take part in the next race at all. Some rather harsh decisions there from the stewards.
  5. How do you explain the rising cost of bike pumps? Inflation.
  6. That was sweet. Gutted that I can't go to Crail (where that was filmed) on Sunday for the Ford day. However the normal drift track there is just a figure of 8, so it's a little boring. In other insignificant car news, my flatmate's mum won the lottery, so he now owns an S-Class. Why can't I be so lucky!
  7. Rather tempted to attend this for fun, although I have no confidence in my riding! I don't really know what to expect from a novice section...
  8. There are some riders around the Glasgow area, but you don't see them much. Glasgow itself has plenty of good riding spots. Many of the spots can be found on www.ridden.it
  9. Same as above, I can't push myself when there's people (non-riders) watching me. I prefer night rides when there's less people and cars around. The idea of going out and being creative is the only thing motivating me at the moment, but despite this I usually just ride the same things in the same way every time! The creativity deserts me as soon as I go out. Riding trials has become more of a chore than a fun activity. I think my enjoyment is lessened further by the fact that I want a new and different bike, so I don't enjoy riding this one any more. Back on topic; If you really enjoy riding your bike, there is no need for extra company.
  10. I have a soft spot for Audi 80's, strong cars those. Speaking of well built cars, I couldn't buy a Volvo so I had to make do with drawing one instead. Now I remember why I hate drawing cars, they are impossible. Who'd have thought a Volvo would be hard to draw?
  11. Looks like a mk1 Escort. Any plans laid out for it?
  12. I use one of these: http://www.xpad4laptop.com/ I didn't want a cooling stand with fans, so this seemed like a good, if expensive, option. It's a useful item to have because you can rest your laptop on soft surfaces like a bed without blocking the laptop's fans. I think there is fan control software available, but I'd be surprised if it works with many computers.
  13. His bike always looks.....odd. What frame is he using there?
  14. O2 are pretty good, and definitely worth it if you have an O2 sim because you get cheaper broadband. I've heard bad things about Talk Talk and BT.
  15. Kinda like that scooby, and I hate myself for admitting it. I wish I had the guts and/or sillyness to impulsively buy cars the way you do, I would have so many Volvos!
  16. Cannot wait to get a new bike and renew my love of riding.

  17. That's a tidy little polo. Here's a pic of a broken half-shaft from my friend's Simbughini (off road racer) which decided to do a barrel roll down a hill, oops. I don't suppose anyone here is into off road racing? I love it.
  18. I was looking for a bike, I think a 'for sale' topic came up on Google so I joined in order to speak to the seller.
  19. Brakeless gap to manual along a rail, you can't explain that!
  20. Jardo: yep that sounds spot on to me. I can only imagine there's something else causing your problem. As for testing mafs, I've never tried it myself but I'm sure its possible if you can get the multimeter 'prongs' to somehow contact the wires near the connector...
  21. That sounds like normal operation to me. I'd get a multimeter on that maf sensor, if possible, and see what happens. @Hopping Topsy, are you looking for a left hand drive mx-5 from any nearby country?
  22. Parkour dog. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ABRsHt9mVxE&feature=player_detailpage
  23. From what I remember you need to look at their general structural solidity, strut mounts and sills can rust bad I believe. They are awesome though, please get one!
  24. Are slicks road legal in Poland? That would be awesome.
