  1. 1060 wb 370 cs 65 bb By my tapmeasure* To save anyone else asking...NO SPLITS!
  2. i'll stick a sort of spec here so others can see hydroxx long frame (maggie threads need some attention unless you're a delicate tighteneruperrur) echo sl's (intergrated c/r) fsa pig sealed h/s 180 x 35 (ish) stem tt low rise bars uncut tt square hole front rim on rockman bub disc hub (reet good nick) 3x cross pattern both sides with a kenda small block 8 2.1 my dignity if i can find it sq taper bb (as much as i know there) tr slaves (from the 24) and an empty racingline lever body maxxis cc rear tyre in need of slicking a hope mono mini front brake* +20 caliper and a lever seal kit a suitable sized rotor for the brake some used tt foams (thick) a mars bar and whatever else i've forgot that falls in the box it gets posted in *was binding when i last used it, so the caliper piston seals are prob shagged.
  3. anyone interested if this was for sale? as per last pic + echo sl fw, tensile bash, racing line lever (body only) with deng slaves and maybe an xt 4pot brake for the front...
  4. anyone interested if this was for sale? as per pic other than the maggie slaves on the back now.
  5. I cover the front brake when I'm taking a dump, in case i fall in.
  6. They might last a while on a smooth rim, but any pad would...rather well (beep beep ) will send some out soon, so those trying some will give better feedback than me haha I'm going to think they're awesome, I made them
  7. You're moaning about the retail price vs manufacture cost...i do that a lot haha. Especially after seeing the two costs side by side at work with overpriced clothing. Will post you some of the 70s this week dude Making other things would make me happier someone give me a 3d printer, tig welder, lathe and milling setup...pretty please haha
  8. part of the reason I didn't use any pigment was the lack of colour option that haven't been done, would be wounding if someone asked "how'd you get them lgms to work so well?" haha pm me an address dude, will send some out to you you'll need to cut the backing shape in yourself though... you get first pick i guess, while the others are spoken for funky pads the the flash on
  9. on a smooth rim good but any pad would be, would probably last mins on a harsh grind though haha. did you try them unglued into a cnc backing? the 70a want to peel out a bit on the leading edge, wanna try a pair of the 70a's?
  10. I got the mix with the longest pot life i could, getting the bubbles out is a technique thing and as for a mould I'm only looking to make my own pads rather than mass produce. thought about pigments, just never bothered
  11. in terms of pouring and setting : about an hour, cutting the backing shape ect : 20 min...my index fingers are right to be scared of stanley blades, cut myself making the last set haha vacum forming a mould would be a hell of a lot cheaper than cnc too, plus the initial blank isn't too difficult to make with balsa wood or something
  12. thats a fair bit to spend on what is essentially a whim, ghetto produces results too done quite well with keeping bubbles out of these time to get busy with a stanley
  13. yep only with a many many years old crappy black paint job haha
  14. haha they're older than some of the users on here, whomever wants them they can have 'em
  15. you want some handsomedog super strong trials forks? haha heavy like rocks and vee mounts, they must have antique value by now surely?
  16. Holy f**kbanana! Never seen pedals look heavy on a bike, you have a spec too? how does a carbon frame feel to ride? Won't somebody make a 24 in carbon..... like it a lot
  17. Rattle can paint is cheap...PAINT EVERTHING! half and half will look good, gunna do black and white on the because
  18. half and half would have looked better (defo while spinning), going to do the rear that way and prob the same on the 24 too. on that note, I need... rear wheel with cams and sprocket, disc hub would be super, square taper ffw cranks shorter the better, pedals, as long as they're better than the invisible offerings i have now they'll be great, a pair of maggie slaves, 05 maggie lever, 4 finger jobbie, if anyone has any of the above give me a shout!
  19. The 70a ones i made work rather well (smooth rim) imo sure i posted a couple of pairs out some where maybe, getting all the air out is a pain! also still need a mould too just been making blocks and cutting it in a bodge of straight edges and g-clamps and trying not to slice myself open haha. Anyone's welcome to a set of my offerings should they want some
  20. after being so keen to get this built with the pro 2 (that immediately found its way onto the 24) whole thing has stagnated as per pic + echo fw
  21. stuff happened... now with added pro 2 big red nips more paint required......
  22. Lovely piece of nostalgia part of me wants it to be blue... Oddly it reminded me of seeing chris akrigg in mbuk (with a badly bled back brake iirc) many many moons ago haha Have a 521 with a dent in it (on the inner face of the rim) ungroud if that interests you?
