  1. Halfway there then haha 16t fw with some balls is needed, tarty seem a bit dubious about sticking them on yhe front though.
  2. Haha pipe looks sick Icing on the cake was seeing the 'thinkbike' sticker in his back window... Like the millionth time its happened, but defo the closest call yet. Oddly I get more and more pissed off everytime it happens.
  3. Even got off the bike to shout at the dick, his face made me furious like he couldn't give a shit.
  4. Some absolute wank stain pulled out infront of me ont' motorbike (inches away from a crash literally!) and his excuse? "sorry I didn't see you mate" to which I replied "DIDN'T f**kING SEE ME! IM WEARING A VIZ JACKET, WHITE HELMET WHILE RIDING A WHITE BIKE WITH LIGHTS ON. ARE YOU f**kING BLIND? Still he stuck to the "i didn't see you mate" excuse...can only feel sorry for the next poor b*****d he does it to, trying to stop sharpish on greasy roads is one thing but seeing a volvo estae getting bigger and bigger filled my pants with more and more shit. What a tosser, I'll live in hope he gets bummed into a colostomy bag when he get to his destination...the inconsiderate cu nt.
  5. Used an onza Ronnie on the back of my (sort of)commuter untill I got the motorbike, never missed a beat did what a rim should really . Spacing for brakes was a bit of a slag given the brake lugs are way closer together, nothing a disc setup couldn't solve.
  6. Wash the rice first! Haha goopy snotty rice is shit, something to do with starch I think.
  7. Should you not be asking the other way round...sort of? Like, would you stop doing something to save a life?
  8. Ffw setup? Was looking into this for the 24 16-12, but all the 16t fw on tarty say to run on the rear or they'll die pretty quick. No issues with chain length either?
  9. Can you not measure the erd of the rim? (the diameter of where 2 opposing spoke nipples sit against the rim)
  10. Liking the colour scheme Black stem looks a bit out of place though, a white one maybe? The forks the 'lite' version with the machined steerer? spec and weight too? Lots o' questions there haha, like the blue a lot though
  11. Links to the stuff you have (for flange dia./ ctr to flange and erd/offset of the rim) Once you have all them numbers, bang them in here - http://www.wheelpro.co.uk/spokecalc/ Thats the one I use, then choose what pattern you want (no. of crosses) and build away!
  12. You can see what I mean by bodged haha, no axle washers though Also other stuff in the pic I'm sure I've seen in a wanted ad, so someone somewhere wants them bits too... Edit - forgot the pic haha
  13. I filed the axle to run 18-14 on a stock with vertical dropouts, bit of a fiddle to setup but I ran it on my echo ages ago and it did the job. If it covers you till tarty have em in stock, you're welcome to it
  14. I have a 135 axle (bodged a bit) and the non-snail cam spacers if they're any use to you?
  15. measured the wb? Knowing the Geo of frame and forks should give a measurement of what it should be. Could be a slack h/a and the slight angle of the pic?
  16. Description says the same they look similar to me...could be a case of different stickers same stuff.
  17. Haha fair play, was looking at a pair of those as a cheap way of trying 165s...think ill dodge the tts then.
  18. Looks lovely, maggie needs a splitter though Tt cranks have less offset than other cranks? I'd say stay with 165s though, 170mm on my 24 feel a bit light for my liking. Makes me want a pro2 even more now...
  19. Pfft wasn't too bad with the stackscraper on there, running 20mm now will see how that goes might bang some back on...
  20. Haha I know, mega loads of stackers look pants, not cutting the steerer 'till I know what spacer setup I want. Want avoid chopping too much off and wishing I hadn't like a dumbass.
  21. Errm, the onza ones on tarty. Different forks look miles better, not a big fan off curved forks myself. Needs a new(ish) set of maggies and some painting doing...
  22. Some stuff was bought, and toaster quality pics were taken Edit 17: can't fix those pics to the right way round...I must be thick, using your phone for the net sucks.
  23. Rims in the pic were anodized, matt finnish in the pic is how they look with just the stipper (potassium hydroxide). If you want them shiny you'll need to polish them up.
  24. I left my sl in a bath of r/c fuel for a bit, gave it a swill and blasted it out with wd40 then used spray Teflon lube to get everything lubed up for use. Worked a treat, sounded better after it was cleaned too.
