  1. i get you, its anti clockwise and doing things like changing your chain spokes and nipple is going to save bugger all weight and possibly mean you have not as strong parts! whats the rest of your bike spec? people might be able to help with some weight shedding on other parts

  3. fair enough, my maxxis grips like doggy poop! but its all about preference and the rider, ive got less slip on my maxxis than my try all, (i do alot on off camber stuff) the 150g doesn't bother me much, and i cut mine down so its not 150g heavier than the try all
  4. im afraid i have, the only better thing is the pattern, but if you know what nobbles to cut on a maxxis then you have a better tyre, for starters the compound is softer so that makes it a better tyre from day one
  5. i agree, trials hasnt really moved on in a few years, i mean we should all be riding about on affordable carbon frames by now, but monty have only just devloped them yet racing bikes have been like it for years! although it does mean that the old tech that we still use works well for us that people feel little need to change it? if it aint broke dont fix it!
  6. does it have to be christmas related fancy dress? me and a mate have a good idea! may tinsel up the bike though and yes count me in!
