rode a 26" limey 3 today which is +70 bb with the bars rolled forward, felt horrible, rolling was so uncomfortable, i felt stupid, im dreading going from a +55 bb to +70 being thats the lowest you can buy these days, so this will feel crap, please film it

saw Danny macs april video and thought it was amazing, year or so later saw his way back home vid, decided i wanted to do it, got a bike and then you relise trials isnt what you see danny do, but is actually incredibly fun, rode every possible minuet for the past 2 years and have spent shit loads on bikes

use two allen keys and undo them evenly. or do the one that comes undone up and hold it with an allen key to stop the axle turning

Becuase there compound is like that of a car tyre, no grip when it comes to rock atall, alright as a street tyre i spose, i was alittle discusted to see thet the new echo mods are supplied with them on! spend a grand then change the tyres and brake, just what you want

I say just ride your bike. eat what you fancy and dont worry about supliments and stuff, at the end of the day its a hobby, hell sometimes i endulge on a couple friji milkshakes as refresments while riding, doesnt affect my riding and even if it did make me aliitle bit worse for an hour or so its not like im training for the UCI champs

Hello all, quick question how does the whole riding at brrow farm work out, can you just turn up whenever you feel like riding there and ride? or do you have to go on a slot time? is it closed at certain times? in winter can anyone use the barn? it is costly aswell? cheers guys

i wont be wearing golves becuase im a man! although if i feel the need to then i also will be wearing my troy lee xc desings, not really a glove fan but when i wore them before i got bar tape they were the only glove ive ever liked, quite possibly down to them being yellow
