  1. could you put the mould on a vibrating surface to bring the bubbles to the surface of the resin? when i used a vaccum chamber to remove bubbles from epoxy resin the results were a bit hit and miss.

  5. was it designed to have a mech hanger originally? could be that the dropout is too thin without it and so the bolt won't tighten enough?

Monty pro races WILL happen at some point, just not got the funds at the moment The ti bolts are as much about the fact that i detest rusty bolts as they are about weight saving to be honest!

    echo lite 2013

Update: the echo discs weren't right for me, so i snapped up a set of hopes off koxxboy14 which are a huge improvement (also they aren't orange!) After reading all the negative things about sl forks (and the fact i'm a fat ass!) i sacked mine off in favour of some spanky new trialtechs, also i wasn't happy with the riding position so got myself a 175x35 bonz stem too plus a few more ti bolts and a pair of mg-1s with ti axles off the bay. Forks and front brake As it stands now Apologies for the shite pics, will get some better ones when the weather improves! future plans are some monty tubes to shave off a little more weight, i think i'm turning into a weight weenie lol
