I went for physio recently because of a bad back, and it was caused by a muscle imbalance, he said my right hand side lower back muscles we're overworked and it was pulling me out of alignment, one shoulder lower than the other. Had to have a couple of weeks off and do stretches and back strengthening. I think I look really hunched up on my bike, I try post picture later.

How important is the circlip, that holds the bearing in place on a howitzer bb. Just stripped, cleaned and regreased mine and when reinstalling a bit of the clip was sticking out, not sure how it happened, as I didn't take bearings out of cups. Anyway drive side now has no clip in, seems ok, just want to make sure it's safe. Cheers

@jjleigh no advertising, it is on the go pro studio but you can remove it, I will in future. @froggy cheers, I been riding pedal trials for 2 years but seriously for about 1 year, had moto trials for about 7 years, not amazing on them either. @rossmcarthur yes thanks for the advice I will try it next time I can do it on other things, just need more confidence. Thanks for looking any thing I can improve on let me know.

Would love to be able to do this, balance bike is sweet.

What bars have you got? I changed from the truvativ that came on my #fourplay to the trialtechs and it felt a lot better. I would look at the inspired risers even better. I also got a 30mm steerer extension from jaf but they aren't around now, made a massive difference.
