Weather isn't looking too bad and the usual lot are up for pulling stunts so I'm going to try and make a good video out of it 11am at the Law courts, can post directions if needed. Everyone welcome. (Inspired arcade with a radical bikes sticker is not so welcome)

I'm 6ft / 6ft 1 and i ran the standard 160 stem on my genesis for a while but it just felt so strange, switched to 180 and everything felt so much better, loads more room to get power down. so im guessing 170 would be a good shout for someone your size

I'm about 65kg and could deadlift 124kg 1rm with good form before I broke both of my wrists Want to push the numbers and gain some mass after im all healed up. I'm sick of the leg press, machines are grim. Been doing 250lb 10x5 and made noticeable size gains but its really not my thing, I want to be doing box jumps and doing weird shit on monkey bars. Also I need to work on my chest, my bench is actually embarrassing hah. '#goalz'

I'm getting back in the trails game, swapped my bmx for a friends really tight onza comp build + some cash. I have always preferred that particular build over my genesis build due to the lower BB, I find it easier to put power down for gaps and the front end feels exactly in the right place. Just need to get my wrist out of this cast, take it easy for a wee bit, get it strong again and get back on ittttttttttttttttt Big plans this year boiz, stunts will be pulled.
