  1. mint vid again josh! good to see duckworth out again too. you guys are gettin better all the time, one week til im back from uni for the summer then muchos riding shall happen! should be good, hopefully me bike and me will survive one more weeks thrashing in sheffield keep it up lads, and stop buying cheap stuff from dodgy bike shops
  2. oh ash we can always rely on you to dispell any myths and confirm any rumours. you fountain of knowledge! shame you dont actually ride you bike
  3. i think the reason there hope dont make a hydro rim brake is simply due to patents on the magura. how much variation could there possibly be on the theme without infringing on the patent? how is this brake new - just look at the lever
  4. post mounts are waaaaaay better than IS mounts, just try setting brakes up on post mounts and you'll agree. i used to hate them but manitou, marzocchi and fox all do them, and i think rock shox are going to change to post mounts. if what ive heard is right its goin to work like the avid juicy 7 (waits for trailnoir to confirm/deny)
  5. i'll take it ur ankle's back to normal then?? seriously huuuge riding, someone has weetabix in the morning, or is it good old porridge oats. nice one neil
  6. where#s ur head tube badge gone??? still looks lovely though, go get it thrashed about a bit
  7. my god what a farse gettin that to work !!!! my computer/internet doesnt like me at the moment! well worth the wait though, there's a sweet couple of lines from interact too! you guys have got some watermelons between ur legs!
  8. night before worked for me! more time to ride that way if i ever did revise for a longer period of time, id work for an hour have a 2 hour break then do another hour then 2 hour break, and make sure u get some exercise so u will be able to sleep at night
  9. cant wait for my copy, goin to be amazing the moto trials look metal, how high was that final up???!?!?!?
  10. ace vid there bucky's riding adds variety to the vid which is missing from most vids these days. stupid amount of rail riding, seriously technical side of street riding, nice one
  11. ah i remember the end of this video now riding in skipton behind the bike shop, always a good place, but kinda slippy when wet! did the full dvd ever come out i tried to order one but alex never replied to me email (either that or i sent it to some random bloke who had no idea what i was on about) when u next goin to ride skipton u reckon wayne, would be good to join u on a ride
  12. ace video, u both make riding rocks look so much easier than it actually is!!! good stuff and the mbk looks far nicer than the limey/pinky ever did!
  13. morning all with 9000 words due next thursday ive decided its time to really avoid the issue if anyone can understand anything this guy was saying to us in a ride last summer please help! especially those from deepest darkest lancashire! link here tis rather funny (well i think so) drunkard p.s. ignore my hub ticking in the background come on guys keep me amused and away from my work, merci
  14. hilarious programme!!! sorry just thought id add concensus
  15. in my defence the bit in bold was a slight exaggeration but its about true (onza t-rex at tarty is £199+£130 (hub) = £329 and from CRC a king iso (NB AT RRP) with disc mount is £333.50 ) yeah but mark if u think about it 24 to 48 is double to ep; 48 to 72 is only a third more. but im not goin to bother about that.
  16. ditto, if you've got the money then why dont u just buy a king! if you want to spend circa (approx) £300 on a hub, do it. course they work well its only when u become a retard and start messing with stuff you dont understand that they start to screw up. but lets face it £130 for a hub that you WONT (unless ur so bloody good and know ur stuff) notice any difference in EP makes sense. with the change left over after buying hope instead of king you could buy a new frame!!!!!!!! for gods sake i run a 24 ep pro2 it works fine, 48ep would be nice (and i did notice the difference when i changed from XC to pro2t then to pro2). me thinks some people are just too bothered about how their bike looks, what components they have on it and if its colour coordinated, than goin out and riding the sodding thing. someone should watch evolve to see what hubs leech is using in that!
  17. cheers for the comments guys apologies to joe for not playing more on the ramps CBproductions which were the sketchy bits so i can improve my moviemaker technique? any more comments folks?
  18. pashley 26ghz ride nice on street, just wath danny mac's vids to show how they ride EDIT: ok let me read topic first - try copy the geo of the ghz 1030-1040 wb 384 stays, 0 degree bb rise, 90mm stem riser bars, keep it short and snappy
  19. ditto that, get a pro 2 T, although im running the standard pro 2 (24ep not 48) works fine. had the 48 ep hub on for ages, reason for change the cassette kinda died twisted and buggered the barrel, should not happen now with stainless barrel on pro 2t, (again waits for trialnoir to correct/confirm), hope put me a 24ep on instead to test how it went. good hubs, havent used a king and to be honest £130 for a hub that works fine why bother paying so much more???
  20. please for the sake of your balls get a new chain! or give it a clean and lube, that looks purely dangerous. pedals are the grippiest ive ever used however, i did smash the corner off one. nice to see an overdose of hope too lol
  21. frame looks better than mine, ive got a chuffin big ding in the top tub made me wanna cry wheelbase probs 1030-1035 with those forks, which i have to say need to be changed lol. just dont like em. on the whole, gotta love british steel bikes!
  22. loved the bunny hop to plant pot thingy at the end! nice move there wish i had all that stuff in my back garden song was quite cool, much better than the nasty heavy rock mess that goes into some vids. was hoping for some more skatepark sections, but still nice a little vid there, makes me wanna learn to sidehop. nice one
  23. woody said this site was going to be nice and im sorry to say he was wrong! its more than just nice, very professional and complimented by a new video that has some amazing riding in and some of the best filming and editting ive seen in a while. top work jim, cant wait for the next vid already!
  24. just a quick little vid i've knocked together (sounds amature lol) riding around skateparks of barnoldswick, skipton and sheffield featuring me, woody (both 26ghz) , and rob hilton (echo team). music: intro; exert from pink floyd - great gig in the sky main; Nirvana - Breed anyway enjoy folks please let me know what u think. worth a chuckle at my attempts to get up a bench! cheers Skateparks file u want
