  1. Hmm. Youtube Video -> ">" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="350">
  2. I bet my rim is square now though, dredding getting my bike back haha.
  3. It was just my bike wasn't it Dave . As soon as you can start riding again I go and knacker myself up, you sod. Pretty impressed how you just got right back into it, didn't even look like you'd been off a bike, style wise.
  4. With a king, the harder you kick the tighter it engages. People having problems with it slipping either need to clean it out properly or look at the spring/ helical spline movement because it's getting caught/clogging up around that area. I've had the same King hub for about 5 years, it's never slipped. Probably the best thing I've ever bought, such a worthy £280 odd spent.
  5. Honestly he's not. He's 15 and from bristol.
  6. Porter is still 15 and from Bristol to me . Massive hook up the skip Portay.
  7. The best thing to do when you have a problem like this is to change each part you think it might be. So, what's the easiest thing to change, pedals? Get some old pedals or borrow your mates bike and change them over, see if it still creaks. Keep doing this with parts you think it might be, so obviously BB next. Then no joy try the forks or bars, stem etc, it's one of those things, could be the bearings in your pedals or BB but you won't know for sure until you change them over.
  8. There are a load more in a members topic if you're going on an adding spree. http://www.trials-forum.co.uk/forum/index....;hl=playstation
  9. "the machinist accidentally leant against the button panel of the CNC machine. The result was a batch of elongated CNC backings" If only it was that easy haha. Not as good as last years though, that got a hell of a lot of people.
  10. But they need to be shipped to Spain and France before they can be shipped back to China at a much higher price through monty or try-all. Unless somebody sneaks a few off the production line and sells them in their local supermarket.
  11. I knew one was coming out this year but I haven't heard anything about them yet. It's likely the freewheels will be modeled around other reliable decent freewheels from other brands which looks like it'll use a custom Echo BB tool. For that kind of price it's not likely to be anything hugely different from what's already available just with a lower cost and a better tool fit. If the reliablity is half decent then at those prices you can't go wrong. But I wouldn't expect them to actually retail at £12. If they're under £30 retail and are reasonably reliable then it should be a good product.
  12. Is anybody else finding Vimeo very slow lately?
  13. In the event of a draw I think it'd be better to go off most cleans between the riders best 2 results. It doesn't seem fair to go off the best score in the final round.
  14. That Limey 20" is so nice. That silvery finish with white on (I can't properly make out what it is) is gorgeous. I nearly weed a little when I saw it, I don't even ride 20" but I want it. Doing the Limey 1.6 like that by any chance? . Phil.

    Hot Or Not?

If I said to a gal she looks amazing and she'd go "o no i'm not" and all that rubbish I just go "ok then" and shut up about it, they'll stop doing it soon enough after that then it might actually mean something when you say it instead of throwing it back in your face. But why ask on a trials forum? LINK
  16. If you run 18:15 it should be 377mm chain stays. To get it 378/379 you're going to have to have a slightly sloppy chain or possibly use a half link and change the gear ratio, I haven't played around with one yet so I can't be sure, I could probably try to work it out some time. I doubt you'd have a problem with the brake mounts position if you did manage to use 378/379 chain stay length as that's only 1-2mm difference from what the brake mount position is intended to be used for so there will still be some adjustment in the mounts especially as the seat stays are quite parallel to the dropouts compared to other frames. As for the head angle, it depends what fork you use. You'd get two slightly different sizes if you measure with Echo SL forks or Echo Urban forks.
  17. It's only got to be down to the amount of money and the amount of big companies willing to spend the money to push the sport. It's just not the same with trials.
  18. I've been waiting for the new series for so long. They keep repeating the first series and it's doing my head in. So when's it on then?
  19. Brilliant day. First time I've ridden in a while. I very rusty but it was good to get out for a change. Great to see lots of peeps again all in one place, had such a good laugh. The tramp at the London Eye checking mine and some others rear wheels to see if it was ok, what a weirdo. The guy at London Eye doing a show which we didn't quite work out what he was meant to be doing really weird again. The guy on the 20" trying the big st Pauls gap and half falling in , dam good effort though from that chappy. Vince rinsing the 11.5 ish foot loading bay gap at the southbank, silly. The guy who was squeeling his brakes around the security gaurd while he was on the phone. My god, I was pissing, what a legend, hands down to you. Joe Hodges on his uni at the southbank loading bay walls, done a massive line. He rode along a round rail then gapped off it over the wall and onto the floor. Absolute whopper. Me, Dave and Mike where just laughing our heads off watching 2 ass absolutely wanting his cock after him doing that, so good watching everyones faces in amazement. Really good day, and some dam good riding going on from all kinds of people. Phil.
  20. Ah if it's a proto, then fair enough, just thought it didn't stand out at all compared to the likes of the boxx. He needs to be on something bright and crazy. Haha, yeah. Although the yellow 'gay racing' was a tad over the top it worked as far as promoting koxx and standing out, even if it did look like a week old doodoo.
  21. Maybe you can share davetrials' toaster (which is on his foot). You 2 cripples will have to stick together. That's a propper shame though Ali, would have been good to see you rip up a load of lines in London. It's worth resting it though I suppose.
  22. Caisso is such a beast. And ofcourse so is Vince. I'm suprised he's riding a frame which doesn't particullary stand out or show off koxx frames as much as past frames, it just looks like a black frame without a good sticker set or any attractive colour scheme. Phil.
  23. Skipped a good 40 posts so I dunno if it's still on topic but.. Why are people saying take her for a candle lit dinner and all that shabam. Your 14, take her to the park and play on the swings.
  24. I had a set of V plaz crm pads donkeys years ago, some of the really old sets when they used to have grooves in the material. About a year ago I got some more without the groves. They were both just as good as eachother.
  25. I should be coming down for the day from Liverpool. I haven't been on a big ride for about 3 years, should be a belta. Need to try and find 2 possibly 3 people at a squeeze to get in the car to save on petrol costs too. Phil.
