  1. You'll just have to be patient and wait and see . Not long now . Thanks for all the positive comments guys! I think the couple of quibbles mentioned (Simon first) is due to re-sizing when on small resolution to allow everyone to see an adequate amount of the important features of the site. And (Tomm) the page transition was done in a stepped/partial load way so you can read a bit about a product and decide whether you want to take your investigation further, rather than being bombarded with too much of a page change and loads of thumbs only to find you don't actually want to know any more about the product! As Adam mentioned, a HUGE thanks to Dave for his hard work and patience with me! Owe him!
  2. Wait for the full vid Mr Anal! there's a couple of clips that I could play either way around and it'd be hard to know if it was right or not! lol

Just to keep you in suspense a little longer.... Or visit a site I'm not allowed to mention for the high quality wmv and mpg files. Hopefully be starting on the full video next week . (mods sorry for the link :$ )
  4. It's been a while coming, but it's now online! Click Here! Some nice detailed product information, rider info and pictures, dealer links (soon to be added to), videos etc! If you need info about any Inspired products or riders, or you're just being bored and nosey, take a peak! Thanks, Dave
  5. Dave Dave Dave.... You've done me proud! *sniff sniff* Hehe, in all seriousness, that bike looks bloody gorgeous!! Set up looks pimp too, pretty much faultless! I think it'll be a beast of a challenge for someone to make a nicer looking inspired than that! I thought the Tarty Bikes one took the biscuit....but it's definitely been surpassed! Good work!
  6. The Inspired will have a higher bb than the Curtis I would think? The higher bb makes it act like it has shorter chainstays than it actually does, this should give a much more 'lively' ride than other 24" frames previously released.
  7. Other products, we'll see! Stockists; I've spoken to a couple of more 'normal' mountain bike shops that have expressed interest in stocking the frames, and I'll be speaking with a number of dealers I have my eye on when the second batch arrives. I'll be launching the website next week I hope, so details of all stockists will go up there as and when they confirm their first orders .
  8. Thanks for all the great comments guys! They have been a long time coming and I have learnt a LOT of valuable lessons that will definitely help me with future projects. I'm super proud of them, makes me feel all warm and smiley inside! hehe Geo etc looks like this: Frame Geo: wheelbase - 1040mm chainstays - 385mm bb rise - +35mm head angle - 73 brake spacing - 90mm seatpost size - 27.2mm seatclamp - 31.8mm bb shell - 68mm Frame Spec: weight - 4.5lbs (2kg) tubing - 7005, extra thick downtube and chainstays tyre clearance - 24x2.7 Cheers everyone!
  9. As Ali is out of action and other riders are only just about to receive their frames the footage needs to be used sparingly! hehe Though as soon as Felix and Shrewsbury get their frames I'm sure you'll see more videos popping up. And when Ali is fit and riding again I'm going to make sure he's my video-gimp! Oh, and there'll be a Danny Mac video or two obviously! Boon you know I love teasing you..... And I'll make you wait for the 'real' video too .
  10. If you haven't been following my blog and profile page on myspace, this is probably news to you... The first batch of Inspired Fourplay 24" trials frames have just arrived in the UK in the last couple of days. Expect to see a few sponsored riders on their sexy new frames in the next week or so! As the first batch was a limited number, after all sponsored riders took their pick the remaining stock has been snapped up by Tarty Bikes, with other dealers in the queue to receive their stock in around 3-4 weeks. As you can see from the pics, every effort has been made to offer a frame that not only rides well, but has a classy look and a great build quality. These frames are the perfect choice for anyone who wants to add some style to their street riding, but still be able to do some of the more 'traditional' hook, sidehop and gap style moves normally associated with more 'competition' orientated bikes. As demonstrated by Ali-C and Danny Mac, for stylish street riding with a mixture of spinning bmx-influenced moves and also pure trials, you honestly can't beat the fun ride of one of these bikes. I know it sounds cheesy here, but when you've ridden one you'll see exactly what I mean!
  11. Managed to get another short video of Ali C on his Inspired done last week (from before his BMX tried to kill him! hehe). Similar theme to the first vid, nice variety of moves, simple editing, short but sweet! - sorry for the poor quality, but you just can't beat the convenience! TV.ISG - downloads for wmv or mpg formats . Fingers crossed I'll have enough Ali footage for a third video in the not too distant future! Ta, Dave
  12. Hmm, looking like I'll have to do both colours!! lol
  13. Hehe, I did seriously consider doing both (well, all three when you include the black tee with white print), if the poll comes out with super close results then I could be persuaded to do both!
  14. Righty, I have a dilema!! As you may (or may not) have seen, I have some black Inspired t-shirts done with white print to give away with frames. I also wanted to offer these t-shirts for sale as separate items, along with another colour choice. I've narrowed it down to these two choices.... Both are dark chocolate brown shirts, one with a baby blue print, one with a light mint green print. The shirt colour is decided, so I just need your opinions on print colour only . Thanks in advance for your help guys! Dave
  15. Hey Chris, Just had confirmation that the frames should be with me on Monday . Best to keep an eye on the blog for all the latest news. I expect you've got all the info you need from the links Liam and Matt posted, but if not give me a shout on msn. Dave
  16. Fair play, that's a damn good effort! Bet it bunnyhops like a beast! Get some good old canti-brakes on it and it'll manual like there's no tomorrow
  17. Really liked that video! As a promo it was awesome, I clearly have some practising to do to get to that sort of film-making! haha Loved the triple 180 combo around the middle of the video! More please!
  18. Definitely! This was recorded at half quality, so give me half a chance and there'll be some big sexy HD vids (of biking) available. Just what he said! haha. The video doesn't do the last clip justice! Cheers for the comments so far :badger:
  19. Just uploaded the first Inspired Bicycles video. A few clips of Ali-C testing one of the Inspired Fourplay 24" frames. It's pretty impressive the stuff Ali did on this ride considering he hadn't had much time getting used to the bike! For WMV and MPG go HERE. MPG plays in pretty much anything, WMV is slightly better quality but doesn't play on all systems (use windows media player and try downloading K-Lite Mega Codec Pack if you don't get any joy). Also YouTube'd it for those who can't download to their computer for any reason, Got a few more clips from that ride still to use, so I'll put together another short video when I get the chance . Ta, Dave
  20. Happy Birthday Deej! Hope you're having a good one, wherever you choose to be .
  21. I think Dave's pretty much covered it for me! Definitely owe him a pint for that! hehe Not a lot of confirmed details I can add at this point. Maybe that it's 4bolt Magura specific and designed to work with most 24" rims around at the moment (Atom Lab, DMR (as used on the test bike Ali is riding in the pics), 24 Bicycles etc, plus some more soon to be available). I'll be updating the blog on myspace with any news as soon as I can confirm things. Working on a few side projects too, so yeh, watch this space .
  22. Awesome vid! Really enjoyed that . Some serious skills and balance!! I'm sure that's just Ryan using someone else's name
  23. Now I've got a bit of time on my hands after leaving Tarty Bikes, I've found something to keep me off the streets and out of trouble...Here Still learning all the html stuff so please be patient while it evolves from being complete cack in to acceptably cack. Ta, Dave
  24. Dave you mincer, what you doing on a motorbike! On a serious note though, sorry to hear about the injuries . I know so many people who've had serious injuries this year it's just not funny. I hope you prove em wrong and get back riding trials asap! Get well soon dude Dave
