  1. Frame looks lovely, love the design and the colour. Although nothing looks aligned exactly ("seat tubes", BB yoke area etc.... but then it is filthy cheap so small defects on a hand built frame at this price point can be expected.. Is everything all Ok clearance wise? Have you measured up the geo and compared it to what you ordered? Don't mean to sound an arse just trying to find out how good for the money they are .
  2. No chance, i paid £90 for a mint King classic HD wheel and £200 for a Chris King ISO wheel set. I'd say about £50 max, as it'll cost another £70 for a hub shell plus the time to re-build it.
  3. Every day, usually for half an hour or so, got the one with a rev counter. When i'm using it i very rarely go for max revs, just sit there and spin at mid revs for as long as i can; usually whilst watching a film.
  4. No, you'd certainly expect it from MBUK, run by a bunch of monkeys!
  5. Saw this on facebook, really impressive stuff
  6. Bout normal for a high end sticky compound big folding/UST tyre
  7. Strangely its not something i seem to do anymore. Used to be a common thing, but come on, its not really that bad! Did you have stitches, did they have to clean it out with an iodine scouring pad?
  8. Dan's 24" looked really tidy, as you know Luke. Darren if your eno was fouling on the chainstay/BB yoke are then surely you needed a longer bb to give the clearance needed?
  9. Where's the marino option.....
  10. I'll ask Joe what set up he runs on his 320 and used to run on his limey 20, both i've ridden and there were no issues
  11. Rubbish, its made a noticeable difference to the amount of arm pump I get. It seems to have made a difference to the coordination i have in my left arm and hand which was extremely poor due to nerve and muscle damage caused by a snapped arm and three operations to try and fix it.
  12. That was pretty damn good, love all these indoor vids that are coming out at the moment
  13. really liked that loads, looked a good fun ride need to ride cornwall again soon
  14. That looks really nice from what i've seen, not bad geo, good weight.
  15. I like it, frame looks really clean and smart, graphics look good, font for the text looks poor. Position of the booster is interesting. Will it have the same tensioning issues i know some people have had with the original Slate? Is the reasoning for these short CS so that the chain tension is correct with 18:15 gearing a new chain and the minimalist dropouts? Seems like a a few frames are like this. What is the actual geo? 1080 is fairly short, but that's with a set of Rockman forks i guess. I guess as the CS are short the length is in the top tube and so the reach wont be too bad with the +50mm bb rise.
  16. Maybe a slight sense of sarcasm in there Alex...... wind your neck in boy.
  17. To say he did it at home with a rattle can it looks really good. masked off a few areas so its contrasting silver too, looks smart.
