  1. Give the new album a go, its unrestricted by any dictation put on them from higher management and is a great album. Check out Thom Yorke's solo album aswell, its great. Edit: just looked up....still its another seal of approval!
  2. That was very cool, my inspired is coming at the beginning of next month and i plan to not only restrict myself to street on it, so this is great to see!! Looked very fun, You can't beat a solo blast around the woods sometimes..think i may have to check this place out sometime soon! having looked at some of the photos of the place i'm stuck as to whether i'd prefer to bring my Kona Coiler or inspired to that place.... i think the nimble Inspired could be useful, could see the fatboy Kona taking me off some of the narrower bits...looks a very cool place, i think an extended video from you there is whats needed!!!
  3. I couldn;t find them and gave up and went for the DMR's. I'm sure there about somewhere but seem to be a nightmare to get hold of.
  4. Do you think its very similar to Cat Stevens? I can see the comparison but i think they're quite seperate. As long as you enjoy it, thats the main thing!
  5. Cheers bud, nice to see you like one of the weirder ones!!
  6. Ah cool, he's probably my biggest influence as a musician. Check out my music at www.myspace.com/matthewcurrie - see what you think you might like it if you're in to his stuff. Nice to see some people on here with some good taste. Enjoy curtains!
  7. Check out John Frusciante if you like Cat Stevens....many people say they sound very similar...i'm not so sure but i know for a fact that John Frusciante is very much a fan of Cat Stevens. Check out his album 'Curtains' thats the one everyone draws comparison on!
  8. Yeah i like Neil Young. I don't know about other people but amongst my music collection i will go through periods of time where i won't listen to a lot of it as its not what im interested in, then i will come obsessed with it at another point. My taste isn;t changing, just my enjoyment for a band at a particular time will differenciate....i guess thats normal. At the moment i more in to loud, fast and in your face stuff (maybe as a reaction to the bordeom of final year of Uni and the dullest housemates alive) so for me its.. Mars Volta Ataxia Chili Peppers Gang of Four Jeff Buckley (contradiction i know) Hendrix Funkadelic Smiths (again bit of a contradiction to what i said) Joy Division John Frusciante (always) Stooges Radiohead (louder stuff) And possibly Muse now after hearing a bit of the live at Wembley stuff...but this is just a small cross section of stuff i'm currently in to.

  10. As pijin is sold out on the seats try this: http://www.billys.co.uk/english/group.php?prod=safedslim Got them in stock and free delivery if you spend 1p more!
  11. Grim up north! Fook's sake indeed.
  12. How comes your getting rid of it? I'm the guy who's got/had the silver koxx stock...i've met you a couple of times around Notts and at Evans. Have you had enough of trials or just fancy a change? Matt.
  13. I think he means, 24'' is the way to go!!.......
  14. Looks great! Ordered mine today, can't wait until it arrives. Nice picture also!
  15. A bit of photoshop from a quick project i did on the first week back at Uni for final year...... a Jesus Christ themed video game.....went down well.........ummm.
  16. Looks great! I'll be ordering mine on Monday, white frame with all black componenets and red hubs so should look similar....but better? Can't wait now. Its will for damn sure have a better seat than that!
  17. Sex!! I can't wait to order mine....is getting on my nerves now! Looks good...maybe one day, black forks? Cranks will defenetly help. I can never work out why the moto diggers looks so much more chunky on the back then front? Very strange, but lovely. Enjoy.
  18. What tyre are you going to go for next? A moto digger on the back? Also what made you choose DMR rims over something like Rhyno Lites...just personal preference? Sorry for al the questions i'm just trying to decide the final spec for mine and opinions/thoughts would be useful. Cheers!
  19. How long have you had te rear tyre on? Seems like its worn a lot. I was thinking of getting a SwampThing when i build my 24 up.....what compound is it? Will be slick in no time!
  20. I don;t think CHAV stands for Council House and Violence.. I actually think the term was derived from Council workers when they would investigated pests and vermin at council tennancies and dwelings. So i think what CHAV possibly stands for is Council House Associated Vermin... i think it got abbreviated by the Council workers who would investigate these issues, of things like rats and the like.... Its just like the way the word SHIT was made, as it was written on the side of barges/narrow boats that contained and transported manure, and it stood for Stack High In Transport. So i think thats what it actually stands for!
  21. He shouldn;t be dropping off stuff like that when he can barely backhop. I get tired of seeing videos of Mod riders who launch of massive drops or gaps and they've got next to no bike handling skills. Sure if thats what turns him on, then cool...but so what...he's a bit of a wimp - should have held on to the bars...its like a really wank version of Josh bender!
  22. Ah, i loved the red. Do not like that one bit. Every boring trials bike comes in Silver, thats what i liked about the inspired's, even more so when it was red - it looked amazing. To me it just looks boring old silver now, so i'm hoping it will go through another colour change soon. Front disc looks mashoosive on the 24'' wheel, but im sure its there for a reason. I look forward to the next colour.
  23. If its a DMR DV24 rim and its a 32hole hub you'll need 16: 232mm spokes and 16:233mm spokes. Avaiable at www.billys.co.uk. That will be £8 for one wheels worth of spokes. If its not that rim, and it isn't 32hole those lengths will not apply. You can use 26 forks depending on the frame, but most trialsy 24'' frames will accomodate a pair of 26'' forks.
