  1. Greetings

    Damon Video 7

A few pretty nice moves in there like that tap to moving gate and the bit where you rest the rear wheel against a wall and the front on a rail. Other than that, pretty boring... sorry, I just don't like such riding. Nice sidehops though.
  2. Koxx frames depreciate very quickly since nobody will pay so much money for a used frame that will snap sooner or later. If you get a Koxx, ride it until it's dead.
  3. Good grief! edit: In all fairness, I think this is worse. I mean you could teach girls the anatomy of a penis from that picture!
  4. Not a brilliant natty spot but I'd still love to be able to ride there
  5. I'd get some Middleburns. Really good cranks, you can't go wrong with a pair of those. The only downside I could find was the weight of the 22T bashring. But I guess you not building up a light bike anyway.
  6. Define cheap maybe? Canon HV10, Panasonic GS320, Sony HC1000... They're all cheap cameras in their class. Either way check those three, they're all pretty good.
  7. CRX? Isn't the RX7 a 1,3L? Just a technicality
  8. Why not download it from a torrent then?
  9. It would all be good if he actually used that bike for trials as well. To me that's just bmxing on a trials bike, not connecting trials with bmx which would be so much better.
  10. Why doesn't somebody just close this thread?

  12. Guessing from the aspect ratio that those are video stills? When can we expect a vid?
  13. Shedding a kilo or two is a HUGE gain. You'll be lucky to shed half a kilo without making the bike snap after a few rides.
  14. Used a 170/175mm combo (one crank broke so i had to replace it with whatever i had at home). Didn't feel that weird, got used to it quickly. Didn't notice any increase in power even though the long crank was for my lead foot. But that's just 5mm difference, 10 could be a bit different.
  15. Stop over-simplifying things. Good pads + grind = good brake for all conditions until it gets dirty which it will when you use it - either from grind wear or from pad wear or from dust. I prefer to apply tar once a ride which takes like 10 seconds rather than clean my rim all the time which takes much much longer. If your pads are sticking to the rim, you've obviously used too much. Same applies to modulation, if you don't have it, use less tar. I actually can't believe people could give a shit about him using tar. Get a life...
  16. Those pallets are huge! Nice bikes btw
  17. He's an amazing rider. So much power and smoothness at the same time. I think he now rides an A3, 221Pr or a Lite?
  18. Putting aside how savage this is, it must be a really interesting study for psychologists. It's not the first time I've heard about something like this, a few years ago there was a similar situation just on a much smaller scale about a guy who grew up in a pitch black room, didn't know how to speak, had absolutely no education and knowledge about the world around him.
  19. This could be caused by a number of reasons really. Try pumping the brake lever for about a minute, that should help.
  20. Somehow physical effort keeps me off food until I'm sitting at home relaxed. Can't remember the last time I ate something on a ride. Don't drink either unless it's hot.
  21. Looks messy with all those colours but I like it.
  22. Yup, 4th of August is a Monday. It's not like him to wander off without any notice. He didn't mention anything of this sort in the emails we've exchanged with each other recently so be cool.
  23. Amazing video, loved the music.
  24. Had both, preferred Cousts by a mile. They really are amazing pads. It's funny how two riders can have exactly the opposite opinion about these. Steve has been very busy lately, that's probably why you're not getting your pads as quickly as usual.
  25. Missed it Did you record this mix? Would love to hear some trance from you.
