I used Zone Alarm with BitTorrent and there were no problems whatsoever. Go through the 'programs' menu and make sure that it isn't blocked as a client nor server. Don't think that you need to mess arround with the ports, this shouldn't happen.

aww the SM forum looks so interesting... I think it's forum no. 18 -
That's so disgusting... what's so cool about making holes in your body?
-
haha well people in my city are pretty well educated, they don't go arround saying i've lost my seat... a pair of policemen had stopped us, and one of them clearly didn't know why our bikes look silly so the other one explained A.why don't you have seats ? B.they don't need seats you dumbass A.why not? B.they ride trials, it just gets in the way! A:what is trials? B:hey you (pointing at a friend) show him what trials is... A.oh i see... had a chat and went on

it's a way of making money, buying a new lever is still cheaper than getting a whole new brake.

do they have a service like bbc radio where you can listen, or in this case, watch things over the net?

Camcorder Help Please - Editing And Capturing Etc
Greetings replied to Sam Nichols's topic in Chit Chat
seconded, that's the cable you should use, then get yourself a smart program like Premiere to properly capture your video in DV (should work with DVD recorders after all the signal is the same). if you still have problems with the cable, just go to a local shop. they should be able to help you. after all the DV cable is a standard cable when it comes to feeding a digital signal from a camera into a DVD stationary recorder it seems you're a bit unhappy with what you have but trust me, it will do fine once you get over the teething problems dvd is inferior to dv but it's a small difference, and once you record your footage onto the pc in DV format (i'm almost certain premiere will cope with it) the editing will be quick and easy. don't give up! get a bittorrent client (and go here) or e-mule and start downloading Adobe Premiere 1.5. it's an awesome tool and you'll love using it. -
i did, but as my hubs are new they love getting loose and i have to remove the disc to get at the tightening cap. super glue is just too strong, already had several problems with unscrewing and damaging the heads in the process thanks for all the replies, i'll give it another go and see what happens

you mean the bmx tensioners? i use them on the outside because of a disc conversion, however i dont think they'd rub on the weld if used from the inside, nor do snails. the problem is that the dropouts are very short, and you cant move the axle back because the ring going arround the axle gets in contact with the block that wedges against the frame. hope i've made myself understood

mint apart from the lack of skins

do you also need 4 hands to set them up, and do they give any problems? got a similar issue with snail tensioners, and the normal bmx ones are too big to go into my gu

Any ideas on how to use it? I've tried putting some loctite on the screws and then letting it dry, but after 30 hours they're still wet. Screwed my disc in with loctite on the screws, but that doesn't work either - 24 hours and I can easily undo them Deffinately the right stuff, Loctite 243 which is a medium strength thread lock.

maybe you should try drops onto a slope, it should be much less painfull and you can also go bigger crazy

i'd probably be doing freeride and downhill as i used to started riding such a long time ago, i didn't really have more interests apart from computers and art. now i'd probably be doing the same but be more skilled at it

The Single Speed King hubs are 135mm spacing which is the standard MTB spacing. 110mm is BMX, and this would require a different axle and freehub body if you are running a Classic hub. I think that the funbolts wouldn't go through a snail tensioner because the thread is wider than the part of the bolt that rests in the dropout. The axle slot size is 10mm regardless it being MTB or BMX. 14mm is used in BMX frames for running pegs and to obtain maximum strength. but of course all you need is a heavy duty axle

Why Do You Always Do Things On The Wrong Side ?
Greetings replied to franssouet's topic in Trials Chat
The "english way" is easier to cope with for those who also ride a motorcycle. I know a chap over here who has his brakes the other way round, it's an absolute killer for people who ride his bike without asking first hahahaha -
I can make a disc mount like the one on the photo straight away, however I don't guarantee that it will last - just haven't had enough time to test it thoroughly.
-
I'm currently testing a disc mount I made for my GU, and if it turns out to be succesful (doesn't bend/break within the next few months of riding) I'll consider making some and selling them. Therefor my question is: are there people who would be interested in such an adaptor (currently only for mod GU frames, and maybe a Python). This obviously requires buying a disc hub and re'arranging the tensioning system - tensioners need to be on the outside. If there would be considerable interest in this item, I'd have them CNC'd or cut out with a waterjet so that they're accurately done. A pic: Note that this is a prototype, and the adaptors in question would be made with greater precision.
-
could you please post some close-up pics of your frame once you finish working on it? i do lots of polishing myself, and till now i've been removing the anodized layer mechanically, it's an awful job
-
thanks a lot mate 26" is good enough
