  1. still think that there is more force braking backwards than fowards. if not, there would be no problem in making a reliable disc tab for a trials frame. many companies have had problems and probably gave up, not to release unreliable frames.

    Bmx/mtb

i use a khe bmx chain, so far so good. much more massive than the kmc. id go for bmx if i were you.
  3. i think all this would save about 1 kg weigh yourself after having a poo, a piss and not eating anything for say 10 hours, and then weigh yourself after eating a few meals. i weigh between 65-67kg depending on the time of day.

    Trials?

only had a few chances to ride real good natural spots, those where the happiest hours of my life. i find street boringish but thats because i have no choice but to ride street (no decent natural spots in my area)
  5. well, I'm making a disc coversion for my mod frame, and was wondering if the disc shouldnt be mounted the other way round. damn my english is no good to explain my point so here's a drawing: the point is that in trials, you stop the wheel from going backwards, not fowards. it's as if you were mounting a disc the other way round when riding normally (ie. downhill). that's not good because it causes the disc to collapse. apart from that, forces on brakes in trials are much larger than in any other bike sports i think. opinion?
  6. i can host one file of up to 100mb if nescesarry - PM me if you have nowhere to put the vid

  12. college all day, and it takes me 1 hour to get there sometimes i have 1 lesson in the morning and one in the evening, so theres lots of time wasting going on. earn money on importing all sorts of bike stuff thats unavailable in poland.
  13. i'd change the colors (just give it a hue mod) to see what would work best. dont like the blue at all.
  14. i now find it relatively easy to buy parts in the uk, and am wondering what are the cheapest internet shops? dont mean trials specific but stuff like shimano, hayes, hope etc. cheers
  15. 8-9 ft to flat, broke bb axle, result - almost had to give up trials (cracked bone in the foot + almost cut some vein open in my leg with what remained of the bb). now it's almost ok. that was 2,5 years ago. now i don't do drops, more than 7 ft i find is devastating the bike. well, i watched a video of chris plumptre doing a huge (22ft claimed) drop to flat, and that's probably an unofficial world record. you can probably download it at the velotrial club zurich website www.vtcz.ch this is it but i dont know if the link will work, because its kinda strange that site linkee

  22. just wanted to ask the same question. the fist tune is great but i don't think it's one you should like.
  23. some great moves !!!!! i love that fork-pivot drop at the end
  24. Ive been practicing today, and feel i'm beginning to understand the move. What i find is that when you turn your bars the bottom goes where it should be, that is not above the bike but at the side.
