  1. Random post :( Anyway, it looks like the 'new' CNC'd Echo Team forks DON'T come in 4-bolt, but the original Echo Teams (now called the Easy) DOES come in 4-bolt. I think, anyway :P
  2. I'm pretty sure we could get enough people to donate a little bit of money to help buy that man a black Magura.

    Engineering?

I'm guessing they call themselves engineers 'cos it's got a nicer ring to it than "Fitter"? :(
  4. They froze the transport system in London, so it was a bit different. Plus there wasn't 6ft+ of water, etc. :P
  5. E-mail me if you want (assuming you've not e-mailled anyone yet, leastways).
  6. Just practise backhopping doing small little hops forwards. You don't even have to use a pedal stroke to move forwards to the edge of the object, you can just do little hops but pushing the bike forwards with your body as you do it. That'll get you to the edge, and mean you can gap further :( Just keep practising, really.
  7. Are the ones you mean like the Fournales forks the Cousts run/ran?
  8. Yeah, outside diameter has to be >26" I believe. So with a 24"er, most tyres will give the girth needed to be legal. People might throw a hissy fit, and from how idiotic some 'top' comp riders can be they might appeal if you, say, won and try and have your win taken away or whatever, but most club trials (e.g. YMSA, Tyketrial, etc.) will be OK with it? Double check with the club before hand maybe...
  9. If you've got the URL (e.g. http://www.whereverthesiteis.com/whateverthepicscalled.jpeg) then just Copy the URL, click the "IMG" box just above the post typing window, and then follow the prompts. If it's on saved on your computer, go to somewhere like http://www.imageshack.us and upload it there, then copy the link it gives you, or alternatively you can use the Gallery feature on T-F - here. EDIT: Andyroo sucks.
  10. Bush is so retarded he's probably give them the charity-style arm bands...
  11. Did mine up all nice 'n' tidy with a Cyclo chain tool, the £8 one I think... But yeah, worked out fine for me. Works pretty good :P I *think* either http://www.pijin.co.uk or http://www.tartybikes.co.uk will be the cheapest. I know Pijin defo match any other price out there, and I think it's £15.99 from them with free P&P on all orders, so they might be prime :) EDIT: Shit the bed, £14.99 from Pijin, w/free P&P EDIT #2: Forgot to say. It's scientifically proven that if you don't buy it in the silver/black combo you have a *tiny* penis :P

  13. That is actually a pretty damn good pic (Y) Cheers for the link.
  14. Really good vid, Ben (Y) First long comp vid I've been able to watch throughout. Those sections looked crazy hard at some points, it really was amazing to see you get ride so much of that clean! Well done for getting both titles, could see you were pretty chuffed on the podium (Y) Thanks for making me want to ride my trials bike again too...
  15. Is that Callum? Starting 'em young, eh? (Y)
  16. Nice try at subliminal messages there (Y)
  17. The 26Mhz? Nah, they dropped the M in favour of a G, gave it another seat-tube, and a f**kin' burly wishbone (Y) Double-top-tubed bike was the Leeson proto, my bad.
  18. The plans and rescue ideas had been drawn up previously. They had action plans they were supposed to follow. They'd drawn up some ideas because they'd had to prepare for a possibly levy break, simply because shit happens. It has now though I guess... George Bush was on holiday the week before it happened, and then after it happened for another 3 days (I think). He then went fundraising for the Bush administration (and no, not for the flood relief before you say that (Y)). Ironically, the money to upgrade the levys was taken out of the account to fight the war in Iraq, so your "I'm sure George Bush's time was taken up by being racsist to the far eastern people, and his plans to blow them all up." is possibly accurate (Y)

    Speeding

No shit sherlock, but you seemed to be implying he wouldn't have a blowout because "he dont drive shit cars only drives is own car which he knows his limits and the cars limits."
  20. There's a difference between "it being slow" and "not doing anything for 5 days"... The water's full of sewerage and shit anyway, which is also contributing to the problem. But yeah, the main thing was that nothing was done for so long. I don't get why you're having a go at me with that "If George Bush really was racist, I'm sure he wouldnt have sent any aid at all, along with a note saying "I told you so"" when I've already said that I don't fully agree with Kanye West (Y)
  21. The finishing seems to be slightly different as they're getting newer, but the internals do seem to be the same. It's weird how they hadn't updated the Magura's design for so long, then they "updated" it by making the lever worse... Ah well, if it ain't (too) broke, don't fix it I guess.
  22. There are several million people living in New Orleans and the surrounding affected area. Not only would there not be enough 'people who would take in people if they needed shelter", but like I said, the affected area is the size of the UK. If you lived right near the coast, you'd have to do the equivalent of going from Plymouth to Edinburgh in a very short space of time, with no real means of transport and no infrastructure or public service to help them get there...
  23. Haha (Y) Now you're moving the goalposts a little :P Anyway, I wouldn't necessarily say he was justified in saying it. I can see he was 'moved' by it, but I don't think celebrities should abuse their position to spout their not 100% grounded opinions on 'facts' and topical ideas. A lot of them simply don't know shit about anything that 'real' people go through, so they're not really in a position to say anything about it. Either way, I suppose it got people thinking and raised awareness of the "Give us your money" crew, so I suppose some good may have come from it... Don't put "unpredictable" words into my mouth either you whore :P The weather forecasters have told everyone that it was gonna be fine (Think Fish with the 'great storm'. "It's just a small storm*" *Which is actually going to heinously rape a lot of the country), so their idea that it wasn't gonna be super harsh was based on what was thought to be fact, so they were misled to some extent, so it's not really their fault. It does seem like Bush did f**k all to help them and still doesn't seem to be doing too much, so you can kinda see how they might think they were being overlooked, although saying it's just 'cos they're black is stretching it a little.
