  1. Welterweight now, but i used to be 62kg when i kickboxed comptetativley which would put me at Lightweight.
  2. Anyone notice the picture frames changing in the house when Miles goes upstairs to talk to the ghost? Quite a few of the actual pictures change too so it's not a continuity error. It was a great episode, lots of time travel hints.
  3. I just had to fill out a little extra piece of paper declaring what type of conviction thingy i got, but seeing as i got a fine + caution i was ok. I think they may have changed that system now though becasue i know a few people that have gone over with real convictions and not been asked. Maybe a random selection type question. I was also bomb tested in the U.S and got stopped by a sniffer poochy though so they must have thought i looked dodgy!
  4. I was 18, going round the world with my mates. Bit hard to go though when my dad had taken my tickets and hidden them. Luckily i managed to get off without any proper convictions although i still had to declare i'd been arrested when i went into the U.S.
  5. Getting nicked on the night my brother started his job in the police force and being taken to his station. Then getting home in the morning and facing up to my parents and them telling me that i wasn't going to be allowed to go on my round the world trip which i was leaving for in 2 days. The £80 and £200 damages didnt help either A close second would probably going insane for about 12 hours. No comprehension of reality, kept breaking down in tears and thinking i was going to die. I wasn't even on anything which was the worst part.
  6. Band - Babyshambles. Why not sing in a voice that is easy to understand insted of just moaning and making every word inaudible. Really pisses me off. Song - Stairway to Heaven. Overplayed and not that great of a song, Zep have loads better. Famous solo that is not really that great.
  7. What about "Aaaaaadddrrriiiaaaaaannnnnn!!!" That was pretty memorable
  8. Theres actually a quite well known story that when all the hollywood tough guys used to party toghter back in the 80's Segal regularly got drunk and challenged the other guys to fights. One time Van Damme accepted and Segal bricked it and took off into town. What a guy. He also kicks stunt guys in the nuts during filming to see if they are wearing cups, many of them aren't and he has got himslef a bad rep for it. Man i know too much crap about Segal haha, but i still love his films.
  9. Being in fights doesn't mean you've "seen and done alot". Anyhoo, i'd go for Stallone, but we all know Segal would cane all.
  10. I'd probably say hanging out with Ian Brown in Sydney a few years back after a gig then having to sleep on a train station bench. Cool thing was his percussionist remembered me and my mates when they played in lincoln a few months back.
  11. Watching Holby City and trying to find out where a weird noise is coming from.
  12. I'm gunna be spending most my summer travelling. Going to Vegas in May then driving to L.A and San Farancisco before heading to Thailand for a few weeks. Then in about August i'll be driving to Turkey taking in the sights as i go, to see my nan and working in her bar for a while. One minor point though, the hotel i booked for Vegas seems to be on fire at this precise moment! Gunna be a fun summer i think.
  13. In the space of 2 hours i have been told... Heath Ledger is dead George Clooney is dead Barry Chuckle is dead Jude Law is dead Jermaine Jackson is dead Tito Jackson is dead Kenny Dalglish is dead All of them being a drug overdose supposedly. Is this some sort of text chain thing or has someone actually died?
  14. I can imagine that would be quite an experiece. I've listened to Dark Side of the Moon on SACD on a high quality 5.1 system and that sounded amazing. Just a shame i'm so skint, would love a good set-up.
  15. Been listening to Oxygene by Jean Michel Jarre alot over the past couple of days. Got it free with The Times. It's a brilliant album, if your into your spacey music. Lots of organs and synths and stuff. I think he even used that weird instrment where you wave a wand inside a magnetic field. Anyway it's a great album for chilling out to with the lights off. All i need now is my Laser Cosmos and i'm set.
  16. Some times the penicillin doesn't work. It stopped working for me so i get put on erythromicine (sp?) now which does the trick. I think it's just a different type of anti biotic. Last time i had a case i ended up in hospital for 2 weeks with a blood infection caused by the nasty little infection which made all my joints swell up. I couldn't get out of bed, had crazy blisters everywhere and even my gums swelled up. All becaus i didn't bother taking my meds. That was a lame 2 weeks.
  17. So if the Uk gets colder, and the polar bears homes in the north melt we could theoretically have polar bear racing coming to the uk soon? Brilliant!
  18. What will be the benfits of global warming? Surely there must be some? Increased boat sales and wellington boat sales maybe.
  19. We got a light covering here. Keepson coming down then melting after bout an hour. Still i had enough time to go sliding round a few carparks in a Z4 which was fun.
  20. I've never really made resolutions before but i really want to make some and stick to them this year. So here are my few. 1. Be more honest with people insted of just shutting off. 2. Keep up my XC riding and get fit again 3. Stop the narcotics. Already stopped smoking weed and dropping E, just one more to stop. Gunna be hard though because it always readily available when i drink. 4. Get a decent haircut and keep up with the trimming. Not really hard any of them really, just need to keep focused.
  21. A1 - Same Old Brand New You, goes against everything i believe in but i can't stop listening to this song! I think its linked to a memory i have long since forgotten but its deffo trying to trigger something in my head.
  22. I can't do with Morrissey. Had the chance to get tickets to see him in Donny but it aint my cup of tea.
  23. Don't think i'm going to next years, my mates have all got tickets but i was skint when they got em. Be pretty hard to beat last years line up aswell. Theres a chance i might just go sit in a bar while they are at the gig though then go out in manc after. Saw Browno in Lincoln not long ago, was an immense gig! Seen him in Sydney too.
  24. I remember going through Manchester Picadilly for the Manchester vs Cancer gig and there were dogs all over. Had to hide in the bogs for about 30mins before running for it. Luckily we got through and enjoyed the gig. Browno played two of his new songs that night, can't remember which ones though. Oh and tonight i'll be mostly playing mario kart 64!
  25. Watching a film that seems to be about giant stick insects. It's not very good. Not as good as the camel show i watched yesterday. Also checking ebay for any late night bargains.
