I really don't see the point of a break, they don't actually DO anything so it's not gonna make a lick of difference to whatever is bothering her is it? It's not like you can say "Yeah ok lets go on a break for like a week" as if when a week is up it'll all be ok somehow. I was once with a girl and told her I wanted a break, we spent about 3 weeks apart and when we got back together it all went well. Although we broke up another 3 weeks after but that was to do with something completly diffrent.But generally I don't think it's good.
