I noticed this, but I also believed that it was all in jest and that if asked outright pretty much everyone would be open minded and not have a problem with it. I don't think homophobic is a good word, it suggests hatred which is extreme, I think just intolerance and in fact fear are more accurate. Straight men tend to be under the impression that gay men are going to come onto them and this makes them uncomfortable, in much the same way as they would feel uncomfortable if a girl that they didn't find attractive came onto them, so their response is understandable. However this notion is nonsense. Gay men don't fancy all men any more than straight men fancy all women (well maybe some, haha)! I am not gay, so no Amy is not up for grabs thanks yoyoyo, and as Poopipe said she's promised to him anyway! But I have many friends who are gay, and they are indistinguishable from my straight friends both in how they act and how we treat each other. They are no different from us, in fact I'm probably more camp than they are, haha! That's my views anyway, gay men can teach us straight guys a lot, like how to dress for a start, and how to pull girls for a second, girls love guys that are in touch with their feminine side! Davey

I have to say I respect the fact that you have a view which is your own and you stand by it! This thread was always going to cause a little controversy! I would just like to note on your above comment that I know many gay man who work in positions of great responsibility and authority and far from acting like children they command respect from the people who work for them and do a very good job! So you only like gay men if you don't know they are gay?!? So you don't like gays! Did you vote no-mo, I think you should! Davey

Only problem with it is you'll never see it, I get pissed off that I can't see my wings, haha! Another good one would be round your nipple, I kinda like them because they aren't symetrical and that's kinda good! Davey

I wanted to avoid using the word homophobic so I had to word it this way to keep things light hearted, so quite simply is gay ok with you? If you have gay friends then I'm guessing gay is ok with you, so please add another yes! I'm not asking if people are gay, that's irrelevant. Basically if I were gay would I find that people on here didn't talk to me? I'm starting to think that is the case! Davey

Anyone care to give reasons for their votes, bit worried that there are more people against homosexuality than for it! Davey

This thread is gay!!! That's right it's gay. No, I don't mean bad or crap but gay, as in homosexual. Obviously this thread isn't actually gay, it's a thread and as such is not sexually active, I'm just wondered if gay is ok with everyone? Vote now or forever hold your peace, opinions welcome as always, but I'm hoping we're more open minded than some posts on here would suggest. I'd be interested to see peoples reasons for voting either way! I haven't included a "don't care" option as that would suggest gay is ok with you, so select Yes! Mature posts only please! Davey

Between the shoulder blades perhaps? Or round your belly button, or make it a bit bigger and add some detail and have it as a chest piece, it is a heart after all! At that size you're looking at paying the minimum which in most shops is around the £25-£30 mark. Most places charge between £50 - £70 per hour, but that would only take a few minutes, so they have a minimum price which covers the cost of a needle basically! Davey

    Conspiracies

Hmm, again haven't looked at the full detailed rebuttles, but things like the pics being so obviously doctored, video's from allegedly seperate landings and days having clearly the same background. For me the flag is the least of my concerns, because lets face it none of us know what a flag does in space because we've never been, but we know when two places are in fact the same place, and we can see when crosshairs on a lens appear behind the photographed image that the image was put in afterwards!!!!! Still not convinced that it really happened I'm afraid, apart from anything else, why have we not been back since?!?!? Also, moonrocks, or just rocks that are not of this world, can be got from places where meteors have hit earth, or am I confused (no seriously, because I just thought to myself that they burn up but I'm sure they hit the earth)!?!? Conspiracies

Ok, I have only watched the moon one because I've seen programmes about the other two, and to be honest I am fairly sure the moon landing was a hoax, for whatever reason, and the US government have done little or nothing to convince me otherwise. I think until you watch an un-biased documentary you can't really make an un-bias judgement, but that's how I feel. 9/11 I have seen numerous conspiracy sites with wild accusations, some of them quite convincing, but in my opinion there was no conspiracy there, and plausible answers to all the arguments have been given with additional evidence to the contrary, although I've no doubt numerous people will post saying about the way the towers collapsed or the lack of debris or something, but I've seen all this and I've seen the explanations and I distinctly recall thinking "Yeah that makes sense, there was no conspiracy". Finally JFK, haven't watched this one but i have seen the un-bias documentary about it. The evidence against Oswald is damning, most of the arguments I've heard are so old (magic bullet, grassy noll, bla bla) and with new technology and computer reconstructions they have been disproved. In my mind beyond a shadow of a doubt Oswald killed JFK, it's not a theory, it's a fact, and all the holes that have been picked in it as far as I am aware have been disprooven! As I said I haven't watched all 3 of the links on this thread, only the moon one, maybe if I did I'd change my mind but I doubt it! Davey

    New Tattoos

I'm gonna be booking up 3 hours at Blood Bros in Islington for some time later this month to get my straight edge tattoo sorted out. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for, it didn't cost much, it doesn't look much!!! I'll post pics of it when it's sorted, can't frickin wait, love getting tattoos, I'm like a kid before Christmas! This is it now, well this pic was taken the day is was finished, it's not this bright now it's healed and all the contrast has gone, it actually doesn't look that bad in this pic but when you compare it with the work that comes outta Blood Bros it's just amature!!! Depends where you go, you can still technically get one from the age of 15 with parental consent but some places still wont do it! Davey
  19. Yeah there's no reason why they couldn't be done on a lorry but I've seen those lorry pics (burnt out lorry, other lorry reversing etc etc) and they are all clearly the same picture photo shopped, unless there are others I haven't seen?!? Either way PS or not, it's still an optical illusion of sorts! Davey
  20. I got my lip done in the middle. Pain wise it's a piece of piss, I know people who have had the old freeze spray but there is really no need, although I guess everyone is different! They clamp it which is uncomfortable, then shine a light through to check for any big veins so they can avoid them. Then they push the needle through, it's an odd sensation but no worse than getting an injection because it's a split second of pain. The weird bit is while they're off sorting out the bar to go through you're left with a hollow tube a good few inches long sticking through your lip, haha. Only thing with lip piercings at the side is with any lip piercing you can't help playing with it, chewing it and such, which is not so bad in the middle but when it's at the side you end up with serious jaw ache, so I'm told! So there you go, that's the low down! Davey
  21. Guilty as charged, you do give the best hugs though
